In olden times, anyone who were very keen to be liberated from the cycle of life and death or wanted to know the answers to the age old philosophical questions, went to the forest or the mountains caves to meditate and find their answers.
In this day and age, it seems very far fetched, to see anyone taking such action.
However even in this age, the questions are still timeless and eternal. We come to them sooner or later. That means that the world may be changing and evolving but our soul will always remain the same. It is, as if it knows, what is important and somehow it makes us feel incomplete, till we start our quest to find the answers.
As... that is the only thing, which can set us free.
The more we become materialistic, the more deeply we feel the pangs of incompletions, as if something is missing.
If we do not take action, then life starts intervening. If we still ignore all the signals it gives us, then it corners us to comply with it... that too, in such a way that we have no other option, but to go on the path life chooses.
This... most of time, due to our unawareness, makes us feel completely isolated and lonely. This is a time to take right action.
If we do not know how to, then we have to surrender humbly. The first chapter of the Bhagwad Gita is, 'Arjun Vishad Yog' or Arjun's gloom and despair. He is completely enveloped in it. The best thing he did was... he humbly surrendered.
Since last six months we all actually went through liberation through isolation.
We came closer to our families.
We realised their importance.
We came to know our own selves.
We came to know our and others likes, dislikes, skills....
We actually spent quality time with one another.
Our health improved with eating fresh home made food.
We used our creativity and out of the box ideas.
We adapted to this unusual times.... but most important of all, we all came together as humans... Not any community, any nationality but as the Citizen of this World.

I R5 the robotic me.
I R5 the uncaring me.
I R5 the indifferent me.
I R5 this exhaustion.
I R5 the dissatisfaction.
I R5 this loneliness inside.

I R5 my fear of being left behind in this fast paced world.
I R5 my fear of failure in this artificial society.
I R5 my fear of being ostracized by the community.

I R5 this pressure to be picture perfect.
I R5 this fakeness.
I R5 feeling suffocated.
I R5 feeling smothered.

How many times we have said no to things without thinking?
How many times have we said no because we don't feel like?
How many times we have said no out of resentment?
Due to uncertainty?
Due to fears?
Due to it not being our priority at that time?
It seems so familiar doesn't it?
We have always been taught that be happy with what you have... but it does not mean that we don't dream or we do not have goals. Goals that can uplift us, that makes us rise in our own eyes.
Isn't it possible to do that?
 Are we keeping ourselves alert and open to what can be possible?
Is it possible to be curious like a child?
To be inquisitive?
Is it possible to be completely unbiased and available to everyone and everything?
We can always let it go, if we don't like it... something like leaving a party if it is boring.
Isn't it.... Then why not just say yes to everything and then start eliminating what ever does not feel right?
Will it not give us the satisfaction of not leaving any stones unturned?
Of trying out best?
Of not having any regrets in life.
Come out of the cage!

Shiva... That's what comes to mind when I think of the third eye.
So... what is the third eye and why Shiva.
The primordial feminist in the form of 'Ardhnareshwar', not at all adverse, to lying down on the path of Kali, to calm her down....so ... 
Is it when our yin and yang are completely balanced, in every page of our lives... be it spiritual, emotional, physical or psychological?
Is it when there is no ego in any form?
Is it loving unconditionally... having
infinite compassion and
complete acceptance
flowing from every pore of our body?
Is it complete transparency in all actions?
Is it rising above ourselves and working constantly for the higher good?
Is it this purity, which becomes a fertile ground to manifest and implement our dreams, ideas and visions?
The pivotal point of the wheel... firmly secured in the centre while everything else rotates around it.
Is such steadfastness needed for everything to start happening by itself,
or it is not this at all but a place of complete neutrality, by being Gita's, 'Sitpragya', where pain, pleasure, happiness, sadness, rich, poor.... everything becomes a screenshot of life.

Our environment... the people, circumstances, situations etc.and our reaction to them are an important part that shapes our life and our growth. 
There is a saying... 
The real character of a person is seen  in a difficult situation.
This makes complete sense doesn't it?
We may be very smart, calm and a very nice person, but do we remain the same, if the situation is not to our liking or uncomfortable?
Do we have  command over ourselves or do we give that important key to somone else?..... even a stranger.
What does that say about us?
That we can be so weak or fragile, that we are ok with the fact that someone or something can make us loose our control.
If we are disturbed by anything and everything, how are we going to do anything at all?
Won't we stay in a constant state of irritation or frustration....due to the fact that we are continuously a puppet in others hands or our own emotions. The question to ask ourselves is,
Is it ok to for me to...
have a victim mindset or poor me attitude....
be in a constant state of confusion...
being stuck in the same place....
not being able to give our best which can lead to failure...
being pessimistic... feeling depressed....
being irresponsible by blaming others...
having excuses for everything....
feeling guilty about not being able to contribute ?????
Isn't it possible to feel overwhelmed by all this and break under it?
Isn't it possible then that we may find ourselves in a loop or a vicious circle, going through the same things with a little difference.... till the time we learn the lesson ???
