Burning Seed 2017

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a recording from one of my sets and this seemed like the perfect opportunity for me to kick my ass back into line. From the loving people to the friendly giving ethos, the wholesome community vibe and the unforgettable moments - last weekend out at Burning Seed was a rather incredible experience.

This recording is from my set at the Pelican Villa theme camp on Sunday night from 1am after the Equinox Events boys and before the brother Pat Tassone - a huge thanks to the crew for having me on board, it was by far one of my highlights of the whole week.

Featuring some of favourite deep/progressive tracks of the moment including previous and forthcoming releases on Recovery Collective and tracks from artists such as; Stan Kolev, Martin Waslewski, Jordan Hoko, Soba T, Lunar Plane, Folie A Deux, Niko Schwind, Aves Volare, Luke Avalon, Jamie Stevens, Reinier Zonneveld, Solomun, Andreas Henneberg, Stefano Richetta, Khainz, Steve Bleas and MIDAS 104.

Pleased to have one of the local legends take the reigns of our SoundCast series this week. Amuze has been at the forefront of the refined dance music revolution here in Australia. One of the co-founders of renowned label Recovery Collective, he has paved the way for emerging artists around the world, whilst developing his own distinct sound that is loved by all of us. 

The bloke has recently been slaying the ears of label-heads around the world, signing epic releases to Techgnosis Records, Bassic Records, Natura Viva and more.

SoundCast #11 - Amuze (AUS)

For the 1-year anniversary of my debut performance at Burning Seed in 2019, I put together a set of darker, hard-hitting electro tech tunes, with some melodic and ethereal twists and turns to take you deeper as the first night draws to a close for Coco Poco Loco.

It was the most satisfying and fitting way imaginable to round off my first year of performing as a Producer & DJ and taking stock of how far I've come in a short space of time, and playing for my favourite crew of all time, and also sneaking in a couple of my own original tracks "Passing By" and "Where's the Cheese?".

Burning Seed was very different this year with Covid restrictions and lockdown in full effect in Melbourne, Australia.  Nevertheless, the burner community worked really hard to create an event that so many people still got to share online.  Was great to hang out in the seed sparkleverse and listen, watch and chat using twitch, mixcloud and zoom.
Coco Poco Loco worked hard pre-recording mixes from Melbourne and around Australia and played them over the 3 days.  The wealth and range of good music was fantastic.
I hope you enjoy my set, was so good to play with Coco again this year, even if it wasn't on the paddock.❤️
