I started work on a Rikki Rokkit comp for TIP earlier this year and realised recently that by chance it is the 100th album release across all of my labels!    A perfect way to celebrate such an achievement and the title had to be changed to simply 100! 
The 6 labels I have worked on in the last 20 years are Tip Records, Tip World, Tip New World and also 10 Kilo (Breakbeat, Electro, Tech House), Surround Sounds (House, Tribal, Tech House) and Lucky 7´s (Electro, Rock, Indie Dance).

Over all this time, from early Goa Trance days and the genres of my sister labels, a lot of music and artists have passed under the bridge.  Maybe as many as 400 different acts and many styles.  I always tend to steer to towards the very deep, fat, rich, spacious, groovy sounds but still Psychedelic.  Deep Psy Tech Trance.  We feel there are moments for all styles and over 20 years we have shown that by releasing what we love from almost every style that has come along within the Psy and Goa genres but also many others. 

This album I hope sounds fresh, unique, without boundaries.  A more analogue feel perhaps.  A certain flavour of the old school mixes with cutting edge new ideas from some of the most exciting brand new acts mix.  Original pioneers of the genre like legends Man With No Name and Graham Wood of The Infinity Project mix with new acts like Black Noise, ON3 and Empirikal.  Add in some super talented guys with top level production history like Bus (Gus Till), Born Sleepy (Illumination) and Duotekk (Soul Seekers & Logic Bomb) and a collaboration between one of the most exciting new acts in the last year, Martian Arts with Rikki Rokkit himself,  and its one exciting, high quality album.  It´s  all about the music and not about latest fashions. Uncompromising.  Here there are varied BPM´s, there is no rush for big effects, just well structured psychedelic dance music by some people who know how to do it very well.  

For me the groove is in the space.  I hope I have found it here.  I only wish I had this collection on vinyl like back in the day...

Out next on YSE we have a special 4 tracker EP from Target & Fairy Kingdom - called 'Nothing Remains Behind'.

The first track is a solo track by Target called 'Ballad of a Forgotten Dream. Deep risers, powerful stabs, eerie lines and melancholic melodies set the tone for this forlorn tune. The emotional vocal pulls at your heartstrings and the hopeful melody that follows the break is nourishing.  The second track; another solo by Target, is called 'After Eight' - and definitely picks up the pace.  Intense sounds, magical lines, celestial pads and a spiritual vocal merge seamlessly,  soaring and sweeping majestically like a bird at flight. The third track is a collab between Target and Fairy Kingdom and is called 'Black Sunday' – with a dirty dynamic bass, bubbling arpeggiators, wistful lines and sprinkling of unearthly noises, this rocking track is full of impishness and eccentricity – leading you on a musical mysterious meandering to wonderland. For the fourth and final track - we're back to solo artist Target - to finish with the title track 'Nothing Remains Behind'. This pulsating driving tune will blast you into oblivion with its rocking beats, militant bass and killer hypnotic melody. 

This EP tells many a tale; whisking your spirit along a rollercoaster of emotions; through a boundless journey of epic proportion - filling your soul with vigour spirit and infinite energy!

The first decade of the 21st century draws to an end when the small state of
Serbia all of a sudden turns into a sizzling hotspot of the Trance scene. Among
the major reasons being Sideform: Drasko Radovanovic and Milos Modrinic
from Belgrade give an exciting new spin to Progressive Trance, breaking truly
new grounds in terms of sound. A change many lovers of the genre have been
waiting for eagerly, as the considerable international success of their project
proves!

When listening to Sideform, one of the most prominent features is the sheer quality and acoustic pressure of their productions. For a good reason: Drasko and Milos meet during a professional audio engineer training in 2006. Both being avid about studio technology and Trance music, they start working together. Already their first EPs provide extremely catchy, fresh and kicking tunes and Sideform enters the upper league and is invited to play at some of the most popular festival and parties all around the world. The debut album ‘Moving On’ gains great feedback in 2011. As turns out, it is named after the creative paradigm of Sideform… In 2014, the duo joins the legendary Iboga Records, where they have continued their journey and prolific productions. A regular member of the top 10 charts on Beatport and other relevant stores, Sideform is showing no signs of stopping. Folowing that path, they are releasing their 2nd studio album "Momentum" in February 2016. They have upgraded and redesigned their dance floor sound and the release is already been highly acclaimed.

between Progressive Trance and Psytrance. Fuelled by two creative minds and
