Demystifying the stigma around "Gluten Free". Did you know that if somebody who suffers from Celiac Disease (someone who cant eat gluten) eats gluten they are destroying their bodies ability to absorb nutrients from the food that they eat? This is a very serious illness and a difficult lifestyle to maintain and could use a little more understanding. In a worst case scenario they end up in hospital receiving their vital nutrients via IV for the rest of their life.

And that is why #GlutenIsTheEnemy.

This mini-mix was inspired by my local homies Illvis Freshly tune "Gamechangers". Looking forward to throwing down at their new album launch this November 18th at Lucky Bar in Victoria!

For the B side , let's go to Argentina with the UFO groove by Pedro D'Alessandro to finaly loosing you in the out tempo break of "Ming" produced by Around7...let's get lost!!
