¿Qué necesito hoy de mí?  vestirme de rojo, ser creación, moverme desde el vientre. Habitar el inmenso vacío, penetrar el magma, amar la hoja en blanco.

¿Cómo sucede el tiempo? La palabra reúne la atmósfera cuando se coloca en el vacío. El transitar entre lo interno y lo externo, es el cuerpo, esa membrana sutil que percibe la luz y le da forma al misterio.

Guided Flow | movement

PRESENCE 

PAUSE  put aside what you are doing and rest in this moment   
RELAX into this moment, soften your facial and body muscles 
ENHANCE awareness of breath  (take 3 deep inhales and exhales) 
SENSE your inner body (bring awareness to what you are feeling in your physical and emotional body) you might be feeling tension on your shoulders or some pain in your back, now scan inside your skin, your inner landscape, can you notice what emotion is present right now? Name it, observe it and feel into it
EXPAND your sensory awareness outwards (seeing, listening, touching, sensing what is around you, temperature of the room, sounds in the street nearby, objects around you..) 
NOTICE what is true in this moment (both within you and around you, without judging it) 
CENTER and ground (feel your feet on the ground and the center of your body, deep inside the belly in between the organs and the spine) 
EXTEND and make contact (open your eyes and get ready to approach the next moment, perhaps a conversation or a new task, and remain connected with yourself and your breath)

Imagine and Feel that you become the earth: a seed germinating, a bud flourishing, a caterpillar transforming. This sound journey was played live during the 'Sound & Consciousness' exhibit, inside a life-size cocoon, emulating nature's rhythms through sound collaging and guided visualizations by Mari Sierra. 

“…The earth is our origin and destination. The ancient rhythms of the earth have insinuated themselves into the rhythms of the human heart. The earth is not outside us; it is within: the clay from where the tree of the body grows.”

The creative work Anna Nowicka proposes focuses on the practice of dreaming aware, and on becoming awake to the ongoing dreaming process that is accompanying our conscious existence, allowing this continuous flow of sensations, feelings and images to in-form the body, influence its presence and become the source of actions. We work on participants’ night dreams, closely observing the way they are composed, using their structure as a kaleidoscopic map for creativity.

For the Artist at the Start of Day

May morning be astir with the harvest of night;
Your mind quickening to the eros of a new question,
Your eyes seduced by some unintended glimpse
That cut right through the surface to a source.

May this be a morning of innocent beginning,
When the gift within you slips clear
Of the sticky web of the personal

Inner Presence Each Day - Gurdjieff

Concentration on the primordial question: Who am I? 
Working in the quiet, I learn to separate myself from the multitude of thoughts. I attune to a silent continuing perception that appears behind the waves of thoughts, 
The aim of concentrating in this question is to lead me to consciousness.
My mind becomes still and takes on strength. The sensation of a more subtle energy appears, of a living presence in me. I feel it comes from my head, a vibration behind my associations and circulates in the body. A current of energy within the muscles. The current required for an inner intense sensation of myself, its highly charged  as compared to the current of manifestation.  I extend the reach of my attention so that it penetrates everywhere. Becoming  like a net that can accumulate the high current in its mesh. The inner most smallest muscles are relaxed but only until a certain point. They keep the precise tonus required to hold the current, neither too much which cuts me off from my body, which allows the current to escape. The larger muscles are supple, yet without tension. Regulating the balance between tension and relaxation, the overall tonus affects that arising of thoughts, the rhythm, and as a result can bring a kind of mastery over the associations. 
I feel a stillness, an inner sense of reality, remembering oneself begins to be more complete.

i explore the veil of the subconscious
i revisit manifestos to find where i stand
this is the epoch of spirituality, choosing to see the sublime and beautiful
to un-know what was affecting an asynchronous ripple

El camino de la transformación requiere un liderazgo encarnado, conectado con todo nuestro cuerpo. Requiere un lenguaje audaz con con proyección global y una imaginación amplia que dialoga con lo desconocido y considera las relaciones interconectadas. 
Se requiere tener una mentalidad radicalmente abierta, con actitud especulativa, más teniendo los pies bien plantados en el presente. 
Encontrando el placer de bailar con lo desconocido. 
Se requiere cultivar la voluntad de pensar más allá de las dimensiones actuales del tiempo y el espacio. 
El cambio está sucediendo. 
Exponencialmente se acelera todo. 
Hoy se te invita a vivir en lo sutil, para encarnar nuevos principios de actitud interior frente al caos exterior. 
Acercarnos a lo desconocido con una presencia consciente, con una sensación de espacio interior que contagia a los otros, a pesar del miedo y la desorientación. 
Honrando la danza entre el saber y el no saber, la esperanza y la pesimismo, el pasado y el futuro, la belleza y el caos.
