In the next episode of the series Itay aka. KUKAN-DUB-LAGAN presents us the label’s Sofa style beats in a new DJ set.

KUKAN-DUB-LAGAN is the project of Itay Berger. Itay is 40 years old, located in Barcelona, Spain. He has been listening and playing electronic music since he was 16 years old. He spent over 3 years working as a sound engineer in one of the top sound and light companies in Israel. His decision to make music was strongly influenced by his trip to Ibiza in 1997-8. At that time he also started to preform in Israel and abroad at mostly underground parties. Itay’s general musical influences are wide-ranging. His journey into chill-out djing started in 2002 in Israel. During that time he was also signed by a UK techno-house label under the name DJ Itay for a year and flew to Japan to play at parties in Osaka and Kyoto. Returning back to Israel, he enrolled to sound engineering college for one year and totally committed himself to music composition. Drawing from his djing experience, his early family musical influences as well as his own musical background he created his chill-out project: KUKAN-DUB-LAGAN.

Elishman, aka Eli Peretz, has crafted a sublime new project of a deeply personal nature, which is rooted in organic, and psychedelic, sounds. The tracks are also teeming with beautiful live instrumentation and moving vocals, perfectly balanced by chilled grooves, as well as sparkling four-to-the-floor Downtempo. Each song is a cathartic release that allows the listener to traverse moods, and feelings, that pertain to periods of Eli's life. Creating music is not only his therapy, but his very way of life. Open yourself to these smooth sounds and you too can experience a renewal of mind, body, and soul.

Sigil, aka Andrew, expresses his inner self in sonic form. It turns out that his inner self is quite patient and elegant, unlike the clumsy meat-suited human that stumbles around Earth. 

He has enjoyed bleary moments waiting around airports in order to perform all over Europe at festivals such as Boom (Portugal), Ozora (Hungary), Anthropos (UK), Kosmos (Finland), Egodrop/Goa Dupa (Poland), SUN (Hungary), Sonica (Italy), Festival Harmonic (France) and of course Suti (though he drives to that one).
 
Andrew has two other musical projects - psy-techno "Unicorn Hunters" with Seb G, and experimental semi-improvised live act "AMP Project" with Patrick Ferreira (clarinet) and Marco Rosa (violin). He is also one of the main disorganisers of Suti Festival, a small gathering focused on cutting edge psychedelic music in Portugal. As "Sigil Audio" he works on sound design projects for digital artists. He lucked out in being welcomed into the epically good label Merkaba Music and rather lovely Portuguese chill collective "Moondance". 

Sigil lists his sense of humour among his strengths, while writing biographies for himself in the third person sits firmly on the side of his weaknesses. If you join his Patreon he will show you some ways to get a computer to make silly noises for you.
