Mutagenese is a Canadian artist, based near Montreal. Creator of electronic music, his compositions oscillate between the rhythms of the arpeggiators, ambient, atmospheric and drone music. His sound tales will take you on a journey to the far reaches of the galaxy or to the dark abyss. A great lover of science fiction, his sound stories will provide you with unique hearing experiences. The musical influences of Mutagenese are numerous. He's roots are mostly influence by the Berlin School, but are also influence by Jean-Michel Jarre, Steve Roach, Brian Eno, Future Sound of London and Autechre.

I am a professional Doublebass player and a music Producer. I like to manipulate sound, trying to give shape to what I have in mind. Sometimes I manage, sometimes not. I'm studying sound design and the impression is always to be very far from an organic knowledge of it.
