The Hindmost were formed in Romford, UK by teenage brothers Kenny and Raymond Most in 1976. 

The Kick It Down The Road 7-inch EP hovered just outside the top 100 in the UK for two weeks in December 1976. side one 1. "Kick It Down The Road" - "Feet Off The Ground" - side two 1. "Have Another Drink" -  "Muddying The Waters" -  Released on their own independent Mostly label, the February 77 single Rock & Roll Dog (B side Out Of A Bottle) failed to chart, but is now considered a collectors item among rare vinyl enthusiasts. 

The Devil Take, the bootleg tape of the famous gig at The Bull Hornchurch in October 1978, is now impossible to find sadly. The Hindmost were booked to support Elvis Costello and The Attractions at Winter Gardens Margate, England in March 1980 but the band split before the show. 

Kenny currently tours the Kent circuit with the New Hindmost.
