This song is really dear to me because my life experiences from the past year and a half have been spilled into this song. The past year and a half has been really tough and challenging time for me. People asked me why I had disappeared from making music consistently. There were many things out of my control such as watching a family member going through a life and death situation and there were also many things that I had control of. Looking back at this time, I felt now was the right time to take out these feelings into my music. Today, I feel rejuvenated and stronger and, I would like to thank everyone for the continued support. Just like myself, I would like this song to be that healing process for all of you towards whatever you face in life. Thank you and I hope you enjoy.

Maajh, Fifth Mehla:
The Word of Your Bani, Lord, is Ambrosial Nectar.
Hearing it again and again, I am elevated to the supreme heights.
The burning within me has been extinguished, and my mind has been cooled and soothed, by the Blessed Vision of the True Guru. ||1||
Happiness is obtained, and sorrow runs far away,
when the Saints chant the Lord's Name.
The sea, the dry land, and the lakes are filled with the Water of the Lord's Name; no place is left empty. ||2||
The Creator has showered His Kindness;
He cherishes and nurtures all beings and creatures.
He is Merciful, Kind and Compassionate. All are satisfied and fulfilled through Him. ||3||
The woods, the meadows and the three worlds are rendered green.
The Doer of all did this in an instant.
As Gurmukh, Nanak meditates on the One who fulfills the desires of the mind. ||4||23||30||

Amrit Baani Har Har Teri

aana(n)dh aana(n)dh sabh ko kehai aana(n)dh guroo thae jaaniaa ||
bliss; bliss is known only through the Guru.

jaaniaa aana(n)dh sadhaa gur thae kirapaa karae piaariaa ||
Eternal bliss in known only through the Guru, when the Beloved Lord grants His Grace.

kar kirapaa kilavikh kattae giaan a(n)jan saariaa ||
Granting His Grace, He cuts away our sins; He blesses us with the healing ointment of spiritual wisdom.

a(n)dharahu jin kaa mohu thuttaa thin kaa sabadh sachai savaariaa ||
Those who eradicate attachment from within themselves, are adorned with the Shabad, the Word of the True Lord.

kehai naanak eaehu ana(n)dh hai aana(n)dh gur thae jaaniaa ||7||Bliss, bliss - everyone talks of 
Says Nanak, this alone is bliss - bliss which is known through the Guru. ||7||

jaa ko har ra(n)g laago eis jug mehi so keheeath hai sooraa ||
He alone is called a warrior, who is attached to the Lord's Love in this age.
 
aatham jinai sagal vas thaa kai jaa kaa sathigur pooraa ||1||
Through the Perfect True Guru, he conquers his own soul, and then everything comes under his control. ||1||
 
t(h)aakur gaaeeai aatham ra(n)g ||
Sing the Praises of the Lord and Master, with the love of your soul.
 
saranee paavan naam dhhiaavan sehaj samaavan sa(n)g ||1|| rehaao ||
Those who seek His Sanctuary, and meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord, are blended with the Lord in celestial peace. ||1||Pause||
 
jan kae charan vasehi maerai heearai sa(n)g puneethaa dhaehee ||
The feet of the Lord's humble servant abide in my heart; with them, my body is made pure.
  
jan kee dhhoor dhaehu kirapaa nidhh naanak kai sukh eaehee ||2||4||35||
 O treasure of mercy, please bless Nanak with the dust of the feet of Your humble servants; this alone brings peace. ||2||4||35||

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard of Sikhi before, or whether you’ve been travelling Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s path of love for decades, there is so much inspiration we can take, so much to learn and experience. 

This path can take us to a place beyond our understanding, but it has to be walked, it has to be experienced. We want to help you take that first step, or that hundredth step, and at the same time we pray that Guru Sahib keeps us walking right alongside you.
