DSS 090 comes from the skillful hands of Noah Lyas, an artist passionate about making refined ceramics and composing deep atmospheric rhythms.

Growing up up in a house where music was the dominating factor. With two passionate parents who shared a large record collection with their children and with a father as a musician, early contact with different instruments was made as well as performing arts.

Later in life, around the age of twenty, after many dances in night clubs with friends, Noah started to make music focussing on soft percussive rhythms and lush atmospheres, finding inspiration in different kinds of music and sometimes even movies.

"Presenting a recent offering, set in a special space and on an occasion that happens just once a year. Through sunrise, everything and everyone came together to celebrate music, life, and freedom, embodying a spirit deeply embedded in Goa's DNA. The hope was to bring forward a storyline that felt one with the earth—peaks and troughs filled with both the unknown and introspective moments.

We present a new series of live recordings to kick-start the year from special DJs on special occasions. 

The first set comes from Sunju Hargun from Vaayu Kula, Goa, as he guided us from twilight to sunrise on the first morning of 2025. This timeless set captures the free-spirited essence reminiscent of Goa’s golden era of raves.

The wizard had grown weary, the pressure and machinations of his earthly presence had worn him down. He had injected so much of himself into his creations it was the only place left he could find true solace. But even with the weight it posed, it had left him with a feeling of joy for all the genuine connections he had a chance to form to others and the feelings his creations was evoking in people.

At an opening in the cave overlooking a vast swaying field drenched in moonlight, he doffs his cape, uncovering below his true nature; a prince of beauty, radiating kindness and pure essence.

He takes one last breath before his being bursts into stars that swirl upward and disperse into the night sky, leaving nothing but his cape on the earthen floor; with markings reading “infinita”.

This is our last installment and marks the end of the sewer sender saga spanning all of our releases, and an end to an era (2013-2025). Love and respect to everyone who’s been with us and supported us through thick and thin.

Eletun Selona - Infinita Series (SSNDR009)

For the next Far Blue concept, we have Kyiv based artist Vera Logdanidi who has put together her perception of Far Blue. Vera is a skilled producer, but also a beautiful storyteller with her sets. Someone who takes strong responsibility and initiative in the Ukranian underground electronic music scene with Rhythm Büro, which obviously faces big challenges during these difficult times. Traveling to international gigs isn't easy for her either:

"Since the nearest airport is 28 hours away from Kyiv, I have a lot of time for reflection and getting things done during my travels, often in trains or during stops. I recorded this mix in Budapest during a short layover. This mix isn’t about perfectionism, but rather about the mood, embracing the moment, and enjoying the journey. Let this music be the soundtrack to your days and the events they bring"

We feel honored an inspiring artist and person like Vera took the time to craft her interpretation of Far Blue for us, and we're excited to share it with you here.

After more than a year away, we’re back. And I’m beyond glad to welcome Kim Kenis, an artist from Belgium whom I recently met at the unforgettable @itsdelayed getaway. Our time together was brief, but it was undeniably memorable.

I was lucky enough to hear this mix live at the Barn last fall, and now we get to share it with everyone. In this three hours, Kim takes us on a delicate journey—one that gradually unfolds through space. It invites you, then teases you, pulling you deeper before you even realize you’ve surrendered to it. Known for her near-prolific output of thoughtful, studied radio mixes and a club & festival schedule that speaks for itself, Kim brings a bewitching tenderness to her DJ-ing—whether she’s sending stargazers into the ether with ambient selections or locking in the dance floor with minimalistic grooves.

I use Syntakt for drums and melody, Digitakt for hihats, noise, percussion and stabs and the Octatrack as a mixer and master effects processor. Everything goes through the OTO Boum for some compression and drive.
