‘Midan’ is a straight forward no bullshit 909 groove with a bassline that will make your granny shiver. A funky acid melody gets layered on top elevating the track quality to that of a song. If Hanine is the foreplay, then Midan is definitely the orgasm.

The album begins with a remix of Soul Button's "Buoyant" by biskuwi. He adds a darker and dramatic feel, leading the way to an inspiring journey. Next, Soul Button's remix of "Kerfuffle" by biskuwi puts you in a dreamlike state with its smooth melodic blend and darker tunes. Next up is Monarke & SEVN’s, "Brahma", remixed by Rustboy will take you to a true transcendental experience. The fourth track by Baset, "Oceana", remixed by Monarke & SEVN, kicks off with a dark vibe leading the way towards a haunting trip with fast-paced beats and striking soundscapes. Anders.’s  “Parapluie" is then remixed by Morphing Spot. A smooth cut with vibrant synths, pushing you upwards all the way to the end. The following track is Rustboy’s, "Precious Thing", remixed by Mashk. It starts off with a cinematic feel and slowly invites you into a state of trance with its positive tunes and crispy hi-hats. Morphing Spot’s, "Obsidian", remixed by Fresen is a more dynamic version of the original with the vocals transporting you to an overwhelming & joyful frame of mind. The last track is an acoustic edit of Rustboy's "Precious Thing", the perfect closure of this soul-stirring track-list. 
 
The remixes on this album showcase the work of some of Inner Symphony's phenomenal artists by adding their stunning touch and delivering a memorable release.

Exclusive: Kincaid - Provincial Disturbance (Urulu's Liquid Squid Mix)

Londoner Kincaid continues to deliver deep and dainty and darkly dazzling music. After releases on Or:la's Cead label, Moscoman's Disco Halal or recently on Hard Fist, the aspiring artists now makes his Futureboogie debut. The Bristol based imprint signed three flawless originals from the artist and provided the EP's title track, Provincial Disturbance, with a remix from Urulu. The Californian, known for his transatlantic fresh House sound, speeds up the pace of Kincaid's original take of Provincial Disturbance by ten beats per minute, of course implements the vocal snippets too, but works the synth-line to make it fit the swift-flowing bass line, a rhythmical House construct, smoother. The result is a track that has enough potential to be played at any sophisticated festival or set – a track that is extraordinarily combining House charcateristics with those melodic tendencies to create more than a remix in the end.

This April, house and techno mainstay Loco Dice is stepping out with En Couleur, a brand new label reserved exclusively for his own music.

En Couleur, means "in colour" in French, and has been chosen because of the language's association with love, but also, says Loco Dice, because "colour stands for the diversity of cultures I absorb and artists I meet on my life journey. Lots of things I do in my life appear in colour. The music I produce is like my movie in technicolor, and the music I play is sorted by colour in my crates and folders."

En Couleur is about music that will not be controlled by traditional plans and strategies. It is for music that will be shared as and when it is ready, and will become a platform for all sorts of collaborations with friends and different artists. Of course, the Dusseldorf man behind it has already accomplished so much, from critically acclaimed albums and EPs on his Desolat label to sell out world tours, major label releases and plenty of key residencies. He has long been synonymous with a big, hard hitting house and techno sound that is well informed by his life-long love of hip hop, and with this new label proves he is as keen as ever to evolve, adapt, and explore new musical forms.

En Couleur launches with a superb solo EP from Dice himself, then keeps up a busy rate of release with four further EPs planned before the end of the year. The first offering opens with 'Sweet Nectar Blossom', a fresh track with jazzy chords and well swung bass that gets you in the groove. Muffled vocal sounds and clipped keys all bring a late night feeling of romance and playfulness. 'Kanak Funk' has crisp Chicago drums run through with woozy pads and thoughtful keys. It's a deep, hugely atmospheric track that is as much for the headband heart as the heel. Last of all, 'Believe In Me' is another lush house track with spiritual leads that drift off to the heavens and smooth drums and bass that brim with real warmth and soul.
