"Teacher's Talk" has been released within the swiss beatmaker compilation BEAT ENOTECA.

«Beat Enoteca» is a cross-section of the 2013 Swiss beat maker scene. Fourteen well-selected artists from every corner of this small country, each produced an instrumental to put this compilation together. Inspired by the beat maker scene in Germany and America, Funk Bastard decided to put Swiss beatmaker sound on vinyl. He found a great supporter for this project in oldschool legend Sterneis, and they ended up realizing it together. A year later, the compilation is finished and a 42-minute vinyl, containing nothing but dope instrumental sound, is released. Each track is just as diverse as the producers who are behind them.

Simon is known for organic grooves from past decades and a faible for dance music in it’s actual meaning - music to dance to. Simon started collecting records over 15 years ago. As his collection has grown during the past years, his style has evolved too: you can hear Soul, Funk, Disco, Jazz but also House and Broken Beat in one of his sets. His passion and his understanding of DJing led him to found the brand VARIA INSTRUMENTS, where he started building high quality DJ mixers together with a friend. The result is a high quality rotary mixer as an alternative to cheap mass produced mixers for the consumer market. Today, the renowned ‘RDM20’ and ‘RDM40’ has found its use in clubs and record stores spread all over the globe and sometimes it’s even Simon himself who travels to those places to do what he loves the most: PLAYING OUT GOOD MUSIC AT GOOD PARTIES.
