Caring for hurt in your heart…. A warm compassion with space, and when the time feels right, I say, ‘Hello to you’ its like that for you in there.  Co-existing in a mutuality of compassion.

Life living itself freshly forward in this moment, always in awe and amazement, Exquisite relationship, whatever that means. Embodiment is a kind of relationship with the sensing, with an invitation to entertain coming from the sensing as the body claims itself into its fullness, from the rather living from that habitual cultural mode, the cartesian, ‘I think therefore ai am’ i.e. living from the head. What the body is noticing is an invitation for the body to claim itself, which is not an end in itself, it is a portal into the universe of experience, or experiencing pf the universe self-actualised.  So what is this body noticing? I almost said, what is ‘your’ body noticing, but it belongs to itself, in a way there is no ‘your body’, there is only body.
