NOTICING PLAYCISE 2 What This Body Is Noticing And Resting With That

Invite a very deep resting in the body as it reclaims its own sovereign nature. 

"Herein, Bahiya, you should train yourself thus: 'In the seen will be merely what is seen; in the heard will be merely what is heard; in the sensed will be merely what is sensed; in the cognized will be merely what is cognized.' In this way you should train yourself, Bahiya.

NOTICING Playcise 3. What The BODY Is Noticing and Letting It REST In ITSELF

Are we there yet? Are we on the wrong train, is every stop the wrong stop?  Where is the key to that door we are wanting to get through?  The finger that points to the moon is coming from a particular place, not just pointing 'at' something.  Is insight is a mystery  or a puzzle or is it nothing special at all? What is your take on all of this?
