Ende 2013 gründeten die langjährigen Bandkollegen und Freunde Kevin, Vincent und Fabian die Crossover-Formation "Kasinoblock", als Nachfolge-Projekt der ehemaligen Punk-Band "Trainstation", und betraten hiermit musikalisch und auch strukturell völlig neuen Boden!
Bereits seit 2003 teilen die drei ihre Liebe zur Musik und haben in den Jahren 2009 und 2010 zwei Alben veröffentlicht, sowie zahlreiche Gigs in NRW und dem Rest der Republik absolviert. Für ihren Song "Bewegt Euch" wurden sie zudem 2009 mit dem ersten Preis des "T-Mobile Local Support Bandcontest" ausgezeichnet.
Durch die reichliche Erfahrung gelang dann auch der Einstieg in die neue Band und das neue Genre sehr schnell und eine Vielzahl an neuen Songs entstand im eigenen Homestudio.
Ende 2014 war das Projekt dann reif für die Öffentlichkeit und der erste Song "Der Eine Tag" wurde veröffentlicht, sowie die ersten Live-Gigs bekanntgegeben.
Ihre Musik lässt sich gut beschreiben als Symbiose zwischen Rythmus-betontem Hip-Hop und punkigem Alternativ-Rock, mit einigen Einflüssen aus dem Pop- und Elektrobereich. Groovige, rockige und ruhige Nummern wechseln sich ab und bilden eine Einheit, die sich als "Kasinoblock" identifizieren lässt.
