adding extra percussion (or any other sounds actually) to the original track would be a blasphemy

the source was recorded at approx. -12 pitch on an SL1210-M5G turntable

The next mixtape in the Adventures In Psychedelia series. This one was put together in between surfing on a recent boat trip to the Mentawai Islands. It's maybe a little more emotional and beat driven compared to the last one and probably even a bit less psychedelic but hopefully you dig the adventure anyway. The Dream Catcher’s Mix works like stations on a trip to the depth of one’s self. The mix is build on dream sequences made of bizarre rhythmical experiences. It is like a fuzzy, dark and reverberated dive into blurry memories of passed times and the crystal clearness of daydream’s future-projections.

Stellardrone - Endeavour

This track is very special for me, it was originally created in 2007 and since then from time to time I was thinking about remaking and remastering it. Finally, I did it this year and will include in my fifth album. Most instruments were changed and effects added, though the main melody is almost intact. 

The title changed from "Galaxy" to "Galaxies" to differentiate from the original one, which you can hear on my YouTube channel, the only place I still keep my "oldies".

Simon runs Wildlife Recordings out of Byron bay with his brother Elroy 4.0. He also throws parties under the name White Rhino and in the last 6 years they've hosted a whole range of international artists and live acts. Musically he pushes diverse, forward-thinking sounds, blurring the boundaries between Bass music, Techno, Electronica and Acid/Analogue House & 808 Electro. His latest project is Andromeda Festival, an open air electronica festival featuring the likes of DJ Nobu, Fantastic Man and Tuff Sherm.

The wild man is a mythical figure that appears in the artwork and literature. The first element of woodwose is usually explained as from wudu "wood", "forest". The second element is less clear. It has been identified as a hypothetical noun wāsa "being", from the verb wesan, wosan "to be", "to be alive" -  Stories Through Sound
