“Ghosts Don’t Pray” is a haunting blues-rock confession wrapped in shadow and grit. Frost Livingston steps into the quiet spaces where regret echoes the loudest, singing from the edge of life’s darkest roads. With smoky vocals, thundering low-end, and a melody that drips with sorrow and defiance, the song follows a soul that’s been wandering too long to pretend redemption is still within reach.

This is a track for the late-night loners, the ones wrestling with memories that won’t stay buried, and the truth that some mistakes can’t be forgiven—because ghosts don’t pray, and the past doesn’t forget.

Ghosts Don’t Pray

Wholeheartedly blends gospel style piano reminiscent of Bon Iver, with Coldplay-esque crescendos. It was inspired by the sort of piano playing where the chords and vocals dance around each other. The lyrics are based around that idea of never quite committing to the present, a feeling that seemed to be particularly drawn out of me during lockdown last year.
