Two of the most earnest techno acts in the scene, ARTBAT links up with Matador and his RUKUS imprint for their debut collaboration 'Apollo 11' - a direct and out of this world two-tracker named after the first successful moon landing.

The Kiev-based duo and the Irish DJ-producer have handed the title-track over to Mixmag ahead of the record's release on March 15. With its driving rhythmic elements, vigorous pads and lively arpeggiator breakdown, 'Apollo 11' is a tune that has gotten nothing but an ebullient reaction from dancefloors all around the globe.

Here we are with DSD012! Disorder is happy to announce the brand new UNDERHER's EP "Tame Me"! The artist mixes the sensual voice of the singer with their pressing rhythms and deep melodies. PREMIERE: UNDERHER - Tame Me (Teenage Mutants Remix) [Disorder]

Released in August 2018 on Forescape Digital, You Are My Salvation created a moment of beautifully uplifting trance with "Breeze." Now returning to the Swedish artist's track, remixes come courtesy of Rafael Osmo and Thomas Datt.

An artist with a strong musical pedigree, Thomas Datt has been at the vanguard of the modern trance scene for over 15 years. Initial success with "2v2" saw the Polish star feature on compilations by Tiësto and Paul Van Dyk. Going on to receive the plaudits and respect of fans and peers alike, Datt has seen his music signed to an array of blue-chip labels that include Future Sound of Egypt, Black Hole Recordings, ARVA and Anjunabeats. Regularly supported by the trance DJ elite, his work is also touted by everyone from Max Graham and Ferry Corsten to Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond. 

The Kolberg native now debuts on Yang with a glorious interpretation of "Breeze" that bristles with energy and shimmering melodic lines. Paying tribute to You Are My Salvation's work, the fast-paced track evolves immaculately with its intelligently crafted motifs and spine-tingling breakdown. Erupting into life in its third movement, Thomas Datt's skill and technique is in full evidence as chest-thumping kicks and rapid-fire percussion create an absolute dancefloor stormer.

The German DJ and producer Alexander Gerlach started his project Niconé in 2007 in order to combine his two passions, fashion and music. Over the last few years, he has collaborated with Sascha Braemer, Philip Bader and many others. His music fits no usual genre, it is much more a feeling. The feeling of when the dancefloor, full of strangers, unites to become a homogeneous mass, dancing to a common beat. 'Whisper in the Wind' is an effortlessly groovy love song built on smooth retro-inspired synth work from Moon Boots and paired with R&B vocals from Los Angeles singer, Black Gatsby. The two previously collaborated on “Power” from Moon Boots’ debut album First Landing; a powerful combination of forces that was recently used as the soundtrack to a UNICEF campaign surrounding the fight against child marriage and the promotion of schooling for women from Niger. Heartfelt and ornate, “Whisper in the Wind” perfectly encapsulates the addictive warmth that is present in so much of Moon Boots’ work.

Escorting the original is a lively interpretation from the esteemed producer, Alex Metric. A long-standing figure in the UK dance scene, OWSLA’s Alex Metric has remixed the likes of Depeche Mode, NERD, Ellie Goulding, Sade, and Gorillaz, and earlier this year, won a Grammy for Best Dance Record for his co-production on Dua Lipa, Silk City, Diplo, and Mark Ronson’s massive international hit, ‘Electricity.’ Metric’s take on ‘Whisper In The Wind’ breathes distinct club energy into the mix, making this a sure incoming staple in his DJ sets, as well as in crates for DJs across the globe.

This is a challenging time for everyone but I want to try to focus on the positives. Regardless of race, gender or age we are all being impacted by this Pandemic. Perhaps it can be a time where we break down some barriers and work together on a higher level to overcome this hardship. 

I think it is our job as musicians to keep making music and attempt to provide hope and positivity. One song can completely change a person’s outlook on life and we need that more than ever now.
