Toy Tonics is an independent music label and culture crew.
A fluid group of international artists based in Berlin. Musicians, DJs, producers +
graphic designers, photographers, party organisers.
Toy Tonics‘ prime ethos is to create new forms of (dance) music, but we also release limited edition t-shirts, posters and organise the Toy Tonics Jams.

THE SOUND OF TOY TONICS connects different genres to create a new emotional (dance) sound. Influenced 
by indie disco, house music, neo soul, new wave, funk and more .
We combine organic sounds with electronic production. DJ culture with analogue (band) elements.

THE TOY TONICS JAMS
Since 2019 we organize the Toy Tonics Jams to spread our Toy Tonics style and vibe. They strated in Berion 2019 and since 2022 they take place all over Europe.
In clubs like Panorama Bar (Berlin), 
Phonox (London), Rex (Paris) and at festivals like Kala, Melt Festival (Berlin), Montreux Jazz 
Festival, Calvi on the Rocks a.o.

Alex Guittini was born in Borgomanero, in Italy, in 1973.
Passionate about music, listen the first mixtapes broadcast by local radio stations and then begins a musical research in the record stores in Milan.
In 1989 in a small disco on Sunday afternoon play music as a second DJ and later worked in many Italian night clubs.
He started by playing soul and house house, whose initial influence was that of the "old school", those who in the late 90s dominated and inspired the international house scene. To name but a few, Master at Work, Frankie Knuckles, Tony Humphries, Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Don Carlos, Lil Louis and many others. Alex has had infinite love for this type of music that you can still find and listen to once again in his DJ set.
The years pass and his artistic vein matures. Experiment and try to break away from your roots by listening to different types of music from Ambient music, TripHop in Chillout to the much-loved Lounge.
from 2000 to 2010 he was a DJ residing in the Mezzanine of Ibiza for two seasons, worked at the Ambassador and Milk on the French Riviera, at the Quirinale in Geneva, at the Tunnel and General Warehouses in Milan, for the Seven group in Ascona and in many night clubs in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, where he has lived for several years.
2014 WMC (Winter Music Conference) play for the Puntino restaurant in Miami and Segafredo Cafè.
After meeting Tony Wilson at the WMC in Miami, he has the opportunity to join the web radio of Sharon Bennati @ PhillyNitesRadio in PA and subsequently collaborates with a Steve @ FatTraxxRadio in NYC.
2015/2016 Resident DJ at Beach House -Tenerife (Canary Islands), and different disco bars on the island.
From 2019 to today resident DJ & A.D at MonteCarlo Living Restaurant Lounge Ascona Switzerland.
Official collaborator with FatTraxx Radio NYC on Thursdays, at Capital Disko Radio / Hong Kong with his mixshows and again every Saturday night at 107.net / Rome Ita.
He has continued to work as a DJ in Ticino clubs in Switzerland with a Funky, Soul, Acid Jazz, Lounge, Classic House and Disco music program.
Creator and owner of the FunkyTown Records label since 2018 with Ivan Santoro.
