Hugh has enjoyed a successful career as a singer, guitarist and violinist touring Australia and the world with one of Australia’s leading bands of the 1980’s, Redgum. Before joining Redgum in 1981, he played and recorded with The Bushwackers Band, The Sundowners, Moving Cloud and The Colonials .
Hugh currently performs solo or with an acoustic trio or with his long time friend John Schumann in The Vagabond Crew. He has a vast knowledge of Irish song and dance tunes and plays fiddle, guitar, mandolin and mandocello.
Hugh wrote some of Redgum's most popular songs, notably The Diamantina Drover, which has been recorded by a variety artists including Lee Kernigan, John Williamson and Christy Moore, Ireland's most popular singer and songwriter.
Hugh is a skilled performer who loves to involve the audience in his shows. His extensive repertoire includes Redgum's number-one hit 
I Was Only 19 and other Redgum successes and classics from the '60s, '70s and '80s and up to the '90s. He also plays Jazz Standards, Irish Ballads and Australian Folk. 
Hugh has released  three solo albums: Where's the Party, a collection of  cover versions of popular jazz standards, Irish songs and an acoustic version of The Diamantina Drover; The Lawson Album, a collection of Henry Lawson poems set to music by Hugh and Garth Porter, released by ABC Music; and The Spirit of The Land, a collection of Irish folk songs and tunes with James Clark on double bass and Michael McClintock on violin.
Hugh continues to perform throughout Australia, currently with John Schumann and the Vagabond Crew, and enjoyed a number of trips to the U.S.A. where he performed in Delaware, New York and Nantucket at folk clubs, bars and uni's.

Vendulka is an 18 year old singer songwriter- with a voice and presence many say is well beyond her years. Her powerhouse vocals with soft acoustic guitar create a balanced and varied sound that audiences love. With an album on the way and heading off on an international tour in December, Vendulka is well on her way to the top

Hello, come on in – meet Jo Cresswell…

Dance was her first love. She recalls it felt as natural as breathing.

Introduced to bushdances at the local woolshed it was a short step to learning the instrument that leads the dancers. With a concertina in her hands . . . or as often in her bike pannier . . . she travelled the world gathering to her the dance tunes of England, Ireland, the US and Scotland. 

She is an accomplished melody player, accompanist and composer as well as a teacher of Celtic music and traditional and improvised dance.

She has performed as a member of various dance and concert bands including The Hudson Bay Company (USA) and The Perfect Cure, Kilkenny and Halliracket in Australia. Her concert repertoire on piano and concertina has come to the fore in duos with guitarist Dave O’Neill (Eric Bogle Band & The Bushwackers); American flautist Kris Willits; instrumentalist Ben Stephenson (Trouble in the Kitchen) & fiddler Sarah Davies (Spoot O Skerry).

As an arts administrator she has managed numerous festivals, events, conferences, workshops and residential retreats. Jo was for 6 years the Assistant Director of the Australian National Folk Festival, and is a founding member of Folk Alliance Australia, Australia’s peak folk organisation.

Jo performs regularly and teaches Celtic music, step dance, piano, concertina and musicianship. Her business, the Celtic Arts Agency, fosters these and other activities.

With over thirty years of performance experience, singer songwriter Marcia Howard has just returned from touring in England, Ireland and America. 'Where I Want To Be', her fourth album, was recorded in Nashville. As a member of triple Aria Award winning Goanna Band Marcia has performed with some of the world’s best musicians including; James Taylor, Carlos Santana and collaborated with artists such as Ireland’s Mary Black, Australia’s Bart Willoughby and America’s Tim O’Brien to name a few.
