Depression affects more than 300,000,000  worldwide. So basically, if you don't have it yourself, you know someone who does. Giving Voice to Depression was founded to start discussions that reduce stigma and promote understanding. We look at depression from many angles. A journalist with depression pre-produces short (7-10 minute) interview segments, and then the sister co-hosts, who both live with depression, comment on the issues presented. The episodes are informative and hopeful-- and seldom depressing.  It's time to shine some light on depression's darkness! Join us.

Launched in 2010, THE REFLEX is a project from producer / DJ Nicolas Laugier, a French national based in the UK since 1998. Following on the footsteps of remix / DJ edit pioneers Larry Levan, Shep Pettibone, François Kevorkian or John Luongo, The Reflex somewhat redefined the remix rules book by using stems and multitracks to craft fresh, innovative versions (dubbed ’revisions’) from classics tracks and artists, genre-hopping through the decades and styles with ease, combining creativity and functionality with often spectacular results.
With constant support from superstar DJs, tastemakers, A-list artists and creatives to high profile brands / events through to bedroom DJ’s, The Reflex revisions are now part of the musical landscape.

Clocking over 100M+ streams, The Reflex is a multi-faceted artist that has lent his skills to ads for Louis Vuitton, Karl Lagerfeld, to remixes for the biggest names in pop and dance music, to extensive catalogue revisits for the likes of London Records, Salsoul/Westend and Zagora/Because, to a long standing collaboration with Noel Gallagher and to legendary artists like Joe Walsh (Eagles), Cerrone, Kathy Sledge, Blondie, Michel Polnareff, Nile Rodgers, Rita Lee, Kid Creole and more.
Boasting a strong online following and a loyal fanbase, including 322,000+ fans on YouTube, The Reflex is now ready to move into original productions; his first artist track “Weekend” has been snapped up by Glitterbox for release in May, with Ibiza / Malta gigs and a Defected Basement mix lined up to support the arrival of this first single.
On his own vinyl label Discolidays, The Reflex has collaborated with Because Music in Paris re-imagining the catalogue from (Daft Punk) Thomas Bangalter’s father, Daniel Vangarde, and his label Zagora while showcasing his remix work for Cerrone, Patrice Rushen, D.C. LaRue, Nile Rodgers ft Nubiyan Twist, Bruise and others to commercial and critical acclaim.

As a DJ, The Reflex sets are energy-packed workouts firmly rooted into disco / house / balearic territory somewhere between trainspotters’ paradise and revision anthems, with an ability to adapt to audiences and venues through his 20+ years DJ experience.

From the vibrant streets of Montevideo, Uruguay, Marcelo Castelli stands as a formidable DJ, Producer, and Remixer with a career spanning over three decades. Since 1992, he has been at the forefront of a unique sonic movement, artfully weaving the ancestral rhythms of Candombe—a sound born in Africa and embraced by Uruguay—into the fabric of electronic music. This innovative approach has not only defined his signature tribal style but has also elevated it to an international level.

As a revered Latin American icon, Marcelo's extensive career includes over 25 years of international touring, having journeyed over a million kilometers to perform in more than 25 countries across all five continents. He has graced the decks of premier clubs in global music capitals such as London, Ibiza, Tokyo, Miami, Paris, and Amsterdam, to name a few.

Castelli's impressive discography includes over 200 original tracks, nearly 100 vinyl releases, and more than 60 official remixes. His work has been released on an impressive roster of labels including CR2, Ministry of Sound, Kismet Records, Low Pressings, Hooj Choons, Stereo-Productions, Alternative Route, and many more, solidifying his influence within the electronic music scene.

His remixes of the GRAMMY® Award-winning Los Tangueros for Bajo Fondo Tango Club (Vibra/Universal) hit #2 on the Billboard Club Play chart in September 2003.
In December 2005, legendary DJ Danny Rampling cited Marcelo Castelli as one of the "Top 10 Future DJs" in DJ Mag.
Muzik magazine hailed him as the "South American maestro" following the release of his track "Sonar" on Kismet Records.
His project "Castelli & Perazzoli – On The Road" (Alternative Route) was a top summer track in Europe in 2006, featured on Radio One and included on Pure Pacha Ibiza 2006 Mixed by Pete Tong.
Beyond his individual artistry, Marcelo is also a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating four globally distributed labels: Soulman Music, MuzikXpress, South American House, and South American Groove. These labels maintain exclusive deals with leading digital music platforms worldwide, showcasing his commitment to fostering and distributing quality electronic music.

Johnny Marr started his career with The Smiths, beginning an amazing history as one of the most influential songwriters and guitarists in British independent music. His subsequent creative journey has seen him at the heart of The The, Electronic, Modest Mouse and The Cribs, as well as working with The Pretenders, Talking Heads, The Avalanches, and the musician and composer Hans Zimmer - with whom he recorded the score and soundtrack for the most recent James Bond film, No Time To Die, including the title track created with Billie Eilish.
 
Over the course of the last decade, Marr’s solo career has given rise to four UK Top Ten albums - The Messenger (2013), Playland (2014), Call The Comet (2018), Fever Dreams Pts 1-4 (2022), and soon a career-spanning book, Marr’s Guitars.
