I first heard Benjamin Francis Leftwich last year when I stumbled upon a fantastic remix of his record "Atlas Hands." I checked out his album and was hooked by the soft silty vocals, lyrics, and smooth melodies. His entire album "Last Smoke Before the Snowstorm" is amazing, very highly recommend!! I wanted to try and remix one of the tracks on the album and was really drawn to the groove and hook on his track "Shine."  This remix stays true to the original with smooth beats and bass and soft strings and melodies. I took the photo for this remix while I was hiking around up on a snowy mountain and shot the picture through my amber sunglasses to give it a sepia tone feel.  Its a feel good song which brings good vibes and inspiration. Hope you enjoy the mix, let me know what you think!
