Since breaking into the house music scene in 2008, Amanda Jayd has dived into the spotlight, carving a name out as one of the UAE’s most sought after female DJ's. Previously known as ‘DJ Vanilla’ Amanda Jayd is renown for her smooth vocal house licks, sexy up-tempo r'n'b and funky electro spins, she embraces the dance floor's appetite for tracks, building up beats each week with residencies and guest appearances throughout Australia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, China, Qatar, Indonesia and India.

Starting off originally performing at clubs in Australia, Amanda Jayd spread her wings to become an international DJ in 2011. Her talent was noticed and she was scouted for an exclusive residency at Dubai’s number one hot spot, Barasti Beach Bar as a ‘Barasti Beach Angel’. At Barasti Amanda Jayd supported weekly international acts such as Hed Kandi, Coolio, Barbara Tucker, Myon & Shane 54, Haddaway and Fierce Angel.

After her arrival in Dubai, Amanda Jayd’s popularity flourished. She was selected for an exclusive tour across seven cities in Indonesia and played at several high-class pool party events in New Delhi. She also appeared regularly as a radio host and DJ on the popular radio station Channel 4 which broadcasts across the UAE.

In 2012, Amanda Jayd was selected for an exclusive residency in Shenyang China where she performed at the cities newest hot spot ‘Hot Town Dance Club’. She is now based in Dubai performing across the UAE.

Amanda Jayd’s musical style and passion is known to be commercial, RnB and handbag house. However, As a DJ she is versatile with all genres, being able to mix Hip Hop, trance, 80’s & 90’s, party hits, electro, tech, progressive, deep and vocal house.

To add further depth and element to her already glamorous sets, Amanda Jayd is now in the midst of producing original tracks after completing the Electronic Music Production Course at the Dubai SAE campus. She also continues to focus on laying down quality samples, mash ups, and bootlegs during her sets to further enhance the flavoured experience.

Amanda Jayd’s ability to read an audience and play music pulls everybody into an energetic, vibrant mood. Her song selections send the listeners on a harmonious ride, pieced together with her mixes of perfection. 	If you’ve been anywhere near a Club or Radio recently, the name Eric Stephens / AKA Sleazy E will ring more than a few bells. Having immersed himself in the Clubs and Music Industry for over 19 years, he is no stranger to the Adelaide &amp; Darwin clubbing circuit and has been known to go all night, on quest, to bring you the best, earning him the name “The Machine” due to his club marathon DJ sets. He’s one hell of a fine tuner when it comes to track selection and crowd reading, an ability which lets face it is a dying art in today’s Club scene. With his passion and dedication it’s not hard to see why he has been well sought after and respected in the clubbing scene.
