Notable Music is a new Youtube Music channel being launched by Nic Conef a DJ - since the 90’s - from Manchester, England. But not just a DJ.  In The 2000’s Nic developed Mettle Music a production team behind the albums Moodswingsfor Bar De Lune & Honeycomb Lounge for Toko Recordings, who also had tracks licensed to numerous CD compilations, including the Balearic chill house classic Tranquility on famous Cafe Del Mar series. Nic then went on to develop, curate and mix compilations for Bar De Lune (UK) & KinkySweet Recordings (USA) before developing his own compilations series Vibes on the Mettle Music label.

Nic has seen DJing change a lot. In the early days it involved carrying big boxes of vinyl all over Europe, but it did lead to a taste for other cultures, leading to ‘long travelling' through the 2010’s. During this time, he kept himself busy with copywriting and digital marketing while increasingly spending more time in S.E Asia and since 2016 Chiang Mai in particular started to become a second home. 

The plot twist (mid life crisis? lol) came in 2024 while enjoying a cold beer and sunset on a beach in The Philippines, thinking “this is nice but it really needs better music to fit the vibe” and he had the urge to do something about it. And so his deep dive back into DJing (mostly on the laptop now, for lighter travel convenience) led us here to the idea for the Balearic Sunset Chillout Sessions for Notable Music and collaborating venues.

As a subcreator, I pray that the Holy Spirit will illuminate Biblical truth and glorify the Creator God the Father through His Son Jesus Christ by drawing people to the Word through my expression of house music. John Mark is a house music evangelist exploring the story of the Bible through sound. His debut album, Fiat Lux (Let There Be Light), traces the arc from Genesis to Revelation.

Simon was born in 1971 in an Italian town called Novara, located between Turin and Milan. From an early age, the passion for music is felt strong. At the age of 5 years his parents give the first keyboard / synthesizer toy. Since that time they will find out that Simon listens and plays any tune. They decide to send him to a piano school. Thanks to the passion for the music of his parents, Simon has fun with vinyls and Dad's record player. At the age of 15 years Simon has a small keyboard with integrated sampler (200 milliseconds memory) and a small 3-channel mixer, and begin to create the first tracks using vinyl, synthesizer and sampler together and recording it on tape. In 1988 he goes crazy for house music and began to perform at local clubs with vinyls, samplers, synthesizers and multi-effects units. In the early 90s, along with 2 other friends, he founded the "Rolling Tune Recordings" and begins to work with great artists such as Kerri Chandler, The Murk, Johnny Vicious and others. To date Simon is still active both as a producer and as a DJ, and continues to make people dance with productions and remixes. In 2016 Universal Music Group has officially released his remix of Floetry, "Say Yes"
