Biografía:
La andadura de Sergio Cruz por el mundillo de las discotecas empieza a finales del año 2004 influenciado por la música Trance que en aquella época y años atrás sonaba en clubes y discotecas del norte. El gusto por la música electrónica no sólo venía de ahí si no de venir escuchando años atrás recopilatorios de grandes discotecas como Scorpia, Puzzle y un largo etcétera gracias a su hermano mayor. Con el paso del tiempo vería cumplido un sueño poder ponerse detrás de una cabina para poder hacer disfrutar al público con su música.
El Trance & Progressive de la época fueron unos de sus estilos predilectos hasta hace unos años en los que las influencias de nuevos sonidos tales como el deep house, tech house o techno fueron dejando paso hasta la música que va sonando hoy en día en sus sets. 
Actualmente en sus sets con su aka Sergio Cruz abundan los temas Electro-House & Tech-House & Techno melódicos y contundentes
Como todo DJ Sergio Cruz empezó con un equipo modesto para coger soltura delante de unos platos y una mesa de mezclas, para más unos meses más tarde poder adentrarse en equipos más profesionales como platos Technics o CDJ´s Pioneer, estándar de equipos de cabina hoy día. 
Con el paso de los años ha ido haciéndose hueco y ya se le ha podido ver por muchas partes de la geografía norteña compaginando sus sessiones de Tech-House y Trance.
Haciendo un poco de memoria para contar un poco de la importante historia real de todo, en Abril del 2009 crea y entra a formar parte del colectivo Trance más importante de la zona norte, NORTH TRANCE COLLECTIVE. Formado por DJ Gordon, IZA y DJ Sergi en un principio. A día de hoy el proyecto del colectivo North Trance Collective está empezando a coger forma y ya se ha dejado ver por varias salas importantes del norte como son Movie, New Guass, Venecia o Zul con muy buena aceptación. En esta última se han hecho 2 eventos con muchos artistas del panorama nacional en la sala 2, realmente con muy buena aceptación. Como promotora de eventos trance han tenido ocasión de poder traer a 2 pesos pesados del reino unido como son Akira Kayosa y Gary Maguire a sus 2 aniversarios en años precedentes. Una época pasada que ayudó a forjar el artista de hoy en día en otras facetas musicales.

A día de hoy ha tenido ocasión de pinchar junto a gente como DJ Patt (Ex-Residente Txitxarro), PG2, Angel Ace, Akira Kayosa (U.K.), Gary Maguire (Ireland-Discover Records), Signum (Armada-NL)Piekfein y muchos más...

En el año 2015 termina como ganador del concurso de "Dj's Talent" de Inox (Azpeitia), concurso que le abre las puertas para poder pinchar en una de las discotecas mas importantes de la isla blanca Bora Bora.

Sergio , better known by DJ Sergi (for trance venues) or Sergio Cruz (for Tech House venues), is currently one of the most important trance or tech house artist on the northern Spain. He was born in 1984 in San Sebastian, a coastal city in the North region of the Basque Country.
Sergio begin in the world of mixing in 2004. He started mixing with some simple vinyl decks as usual. Then some few months later moved to a pair of Technics and started playing the music he loved and he always been listening to, Trance music.

On 2015 Sergio Cruz won the "DJ's Talent" contest @ Inox Disco in Azpeitia. Winning that award him a better prize, spinning in one of the best discos of the whiste island in Ibiza, Bora Bora Ibiza
