It is one of the most anticipated Global DJ Broadcast episodes every year, and for many a highlight of the summer (no pressure guys!), where I dedicate myself to crafting a special 2 hour mix containing some of the most beautiful melodies and early morning moments that have graced the beaches and shores of Ibiza and beyond - the Sunrise Set.

After 3 months of preparation in ensuring that this would be a journey to remember and appreciated, I showcased it to the world on Global DJ Broadcast, and as requested by the fans, here it is for all of you to enjoy and stream at your leisure.

The balearic trance record label Songbird presents the very beautiful and so sweet melodic progressive trancer The Life I Had Before by Somna and Amos featuring Seri. The original mix is the perfect symbiosis of warm melodies and the right singer that can give voice to the track. Tribal groovy techy beats, bubbly driving basslines, warm orchestral music strings and feel good positive synths support perfectly the magnificent Seri that I suggest to Black Hole rec crew to sign her for a full album cause she simply deserves it. Inspiring lyrics, melancholic touches and colourful melodies balance your inner being well. The Amos & Riot Night Uplifting Remix is the full on pure trance makeover that this top track needs to become appropriate for the peak time moments of any set. Super solid and tight production with excellent synthy progression and energy during the whole track. The breakdown is awesome with plucky synths and great atmosphere plus romantic piano melody to bring that heavenly side. The huge euphoric synths drop and the hair from your back stand still get us all excited for the massive drop of the beat and the climax that no trance fan should miss even for a second. Brad & Victor H Remix is an excellent hybrid of progressive trance and epic progressive house with sweet and calming breakdown followed by thunderous beats, hi-nrg basslines and euphoric synths that will uplift your spirit to the highest skies. One of the biggest names in the higher BPM section of trance, we find Simon Patterson making his highly anticipated WAO138?! debut. 'Brush Strokes' makes a welcome addition to his impressive list of musical highlights. Following the #1 Armind smash of 'The One', is another winner of Patterson making. Building softly with warm pads and melodic synths, Arbor's production combined with Aldea's delicate vocal creates a feel-good atmosphere.
 
On remix duties is young American talent, Falcon, who gives his own, more club orientated impression of the track. Experimenting with big room sounds, grinding bass and synth stabs, this is not the typical Falcon sound we have come to recognise, but offers an exceptional dancefloor focused alternative to the original.
