A fun mix I did for a laugh in 2010. Not my normal music or style, but an enjoyable mix for those who like radio friendly EDM.

A mix reflecting my experiences and travels over the past few years. From Alaska to L.A., to deep into the heart of Bangkok and all places in between, this mix reflects the global house groove that has kept me up until many a sunrise and has maintained the joy of the music in my heart for all these years. OH GIRL (ADZ & SUBTRAKTZ MIX)

Progressive mix. My last traditional mix before moving on to all digital mixing. Using turntables and Pioneer CDJs, this is my magnum opus and my ode to the past 13 years of DJing in Alaska...

Ascension

This is the mix I played when I opened for Donald Glaude at Splash, May 2, 2015. A mixture of house, ghetto funk, and breaks featuring Casa Del Sol, our production as Adz'n'Subtraktz. FRESH

Taken from my September 25th featured DJ set for Beat Roots, in this mix  I was able to pay homage to some great artists that died over the past year. R.I.P. Diane Charlemagne, Guru Josh, and of course David Bowie. A special thanks to Dave Curtis for giving the underground a moment in the spotlight to share our love of music. And, a big thank you as well to the mob that showed up and turned an otherwise normal radio gig into a dance party!!! It's not everyday that a radio DJ booth gets so crowded with dancing people that the host has to go to another room to listen to his own show in peace. (I still have no idea where all of those people came from) 

LAZARUS

This is a remix we (Simplicate and Jason Parson) did several years back. The stems are lost somewhere on a hard drive so this is the only version of this mix that will ever exist. 

Aromabar: Winter Pageant (Adz and Subtraktz Unofficial Unmastered and Unabridged remix)

We named this for the brave people standing up for their rights in Turkey. It is a Middle East inspired track, blending dubstep, breaks, and progressive house. Still a work in progress, however, trial runs at parties and as the opening track on Yaksha have seen lots of positive feedback. 

Gezi Park (Adz & Subtraktz In the Works Mix) [Unmastered]

Simplicate is a veteran of the Alaskan underground. With a DJ career lasting over 2 decades, he has been part of every incarnation of the scene since the mid '90s. His combination of house, breakbeats, garage, and progressive, mixed creatively and seamlessly set him apart and has garnered him praise from local and international DJs alike. 

He is a regular guest artist on Alaska's local Beatroots broadcast and attracts listeners from around the world through his DJ mixes and productions released under the moniker Adz & Subtraktz (along with his production partner Jason Parson).
