It's the end of the year, a time for personal episode again. 2023 hasn't been an easy journey for me, and I believe it's crucial to discuss struggles, fears, and losses. 
Life isn't defined by the absence of problems but by how we deal with them. Everything in life has a flip side of the coin. You can't choose 'no problems,' only the price you're willing to pay. 
By sharing that I also confront my demons, I hope to encourage you to do the same and strive for the life you love.
