More than happy to share with you my new release on Skryptom !

Approx one month ago I took on Electric Rescue challenge to do and release this 4 track ep in 30 days!
It was such a hard challenge, while composing I went from euphoria to anxiety...
I usually take time producing tracks but I discovered that working under pressure can be gratifying and I'm very happy with the result!

For those who know me trough my releases, I always like to add some non techno element to my EPs, so, some hours before the deadline I decided to remix one of the track with my alias Derivative Of The Unconscious, it's the first time I'm releasing something with this alias making this project very special for me!

Leo Leonski's latin house influenced EP with a touch of tech house vibes and some Brazilian favela funk on "Jogo Jogo". Both tracks recorded and produced in his studio back home after traveling and touring around latinamerica, which had his essential impact on this EP.

The true techno dream team of Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann revisit their Elements project from a few years ago with a new series of killer remixes. Terra - originally released in 2011, did all sorts of damage to dance-floors across the globe. Now, it’s all set to do it again thanks to this Joseph Capriati Remix. The Italian techno headliner has grown into a major force on the scene in recent years, and here delivers a signature slice of muscular, driving techno - taut, dramatic and devastating. Paired with a remix of the now seminal Feugo Julien Jeweil’s remix also hits the spot - the track received a 2016 overhaul with some of Jeweil’s signature flair. The Frenchman has been a constant figure on the top of various charts and line ups for some time, and its easy to see why - Fuego is stripped back machine funk primed for big systems and even bigger moments.

They are among the emerging artists of that new German scene of kids that make house inspired by old Jazz and Funk records. The boys are mad about rare vinyl. And they love to make music with a positive spirit. Yes, there is something sunny in their tracks. Something that instantly makes you want to move. We heard so many mixtapes that started with a COEO track. Makes sense : They are perfect to set a vibe. A good mood. But if you know that the COEO boys work in a studio over the roofs of Munich, with a fantastic view over the lights of the city, with a great vibe where you see all the glammy colors of the light in the night..… then you understand why COEO's music sounds as it sounds. A return to the source: ‘Ribcage’ is where it all began for the Dubfire project. After years of exploring, subverting and setting brave new benchmarks in the house world, this marked the start of Ali Shirazinia setting out to set the same creative benchmarks in techno. Restrained, drawn-out but beastly when it wanted to be, the original was a serious statement of intent. Even at the time you got a sense it was going to be a historic tune. Loco Dice especially felt that when he signed it to Desolat 10 years ago.

To celebrate this time-flying milestone, Dubfire’s recruited two of the most respected names possible for remix duties. First up, the unstoppable, unavoidable, unquenchable Dense & Pika who keep within the dramatic rising template but with a whole new set of instruments and textures… And a percussion palette that absolutely sizzles when the whole groove kicks in mid-way. Phenomenal.

Hot on their heels comes a unique remix invitation to On-U legend and one of the UK’s most decorated and treasured studio controllers Adrian Sherwood. Turning in a serious techno re-cut that pays tribute to every element and takes over 12 minutes to make sure they each shine amid the head-twisting pools of tripped-out decay, it’s clear his time with Pinch has had a profound effect.
Two incredibly well considered and detailed remixes that remind you what remixes should be… Brave new chapters of a story we all love being told. These will sound great when the 20th anniversary remixes are commissioned in 2027.
