Ralph Branch III was raised in Richmond, VA. He received his BSW from Ferrum College in 2014. Ralph has worked with various organizations and agencies in the constant pursuit to better the lives of children and future generations. Music has always been an outlet for him since a young age, singing with his uncle on family trips even gaining valuable experience with Steve and Kevin while they recorded in the studio. It was only a matter of time for him to step up and have his claim to fame. That time is now, Loc's time is now.
