Much loved underground community organisation Parry Talks has announced the release of their sophomore, record label, charity compilation, Parry Talks Alumni Volume II. The 4 track compilation comes off the back of an extremely successful debut release which raised $1500 for NSW Aboriginal Legal Service. Now the tracklist has opened up to Sydney/Eora’s noisy neighbours in Melbourne/Naarm for a charity release with 100% of the revenue being dedicated to Smugglers of Light. This digital only, bandcamp exclusive release features a who's who of the incredible underground scenes, featuring Purient, DAWS, Posture and Glen S.

The charity which every cent of the compilation will contribute funds to is Smugglers of Light.
The Foundation was created to provide assistance to young indigenous musicians and youth at risk through programs of taking film-makers and musicians to their communities. The charity introduces songwriting and musicianship and performance skills for First Nations communities, assists n the provision of musical education and training to persons in the area of youth and indigenous music, in order to improve the outreach of musical education and storytelling in Australia, to facilitate musical development and innovation in Australian indigenous communities; and to encourage the performance of contemporary community music.

Lunar Launch marks the sophomore release for Sydney-based producer Glen S and the fifth release for local label Dialectic Recordings.
Beginning with the title track, Glen S winds the clock down for a slow and steady start. Airy pads gently suspend the listener in zero gravity as the rising resonance of squelchy stereo transmissions are beamed from the control tower in anticipation for lift-off. 
With the engines warmed up and rockets thrusting, Alien Acid brings not only a slight increase in G-force, but also a diverse taste of flavours. Starting off with classic electro rhythms and 303-lines, Glen S showcases his ambitious character as he takes a sudden four-to-the-floor detour before dropping an unlikely half-time beat that will rattle the foundations of even the sturdiest of edifices.
The voyage continues with Gatewayed Rugs, a punchy electro cut with contortionist melodies and a combination of claps and snares that leave a bright red spank-welt on the surface of anything they come into contact with. Hypnotic as well as groovy, this track explores variations in timbre and mood with flawless transitioning and a genuine commitment to capturing the entirety of your attentional facilities. 
River View culminates our travels through the fabric of space and time and beckons the listener to take pause and reflect, as rolling rhythms flow on with the permanence of celestial currents through the galaxy. One feels at peace having finally landed on the moon, as arpeggios and drones serenade us before we bid them farewell - for now.

The Aquarium V/A Vol. i features 15 tracks spanning the entire scope of this amphibious dancefloor. The compilation surges through a journey into the minds and waves of 17 producers, navigating an underwater sound consistent in its diversity. From the wobbling pulse of Big Leg’s Jelly Dub Luv (ft. RexL) to COLA REN’s dreamy seabed roll, the filmic nostalgia of eoin DJ’s Things In Life, and the more danceable sound of E-Talking’s Être un autre ohm, each track is a love letter to every corner of the Aquarium’s deep blue.

The selection is curated by the team behind Fandango, and will be donating all profits to the marine conservation charity Blue Ventures. The charity was chosen to contribute back to marine life without which sounds and swells of aquatic bass could not exist. Blue Ventures works with small-scale local cultures and economies to support their natural ecosystems, ensuring a fair distribution of resources.

In this occasion the chosen ones for the chore are Undo (Factor City) from Barcelona, A Best Man Dead (Tici Taci, Sub:Sonic) from London, Avanti (Santa Esperanza, Local Kaffee) from Mexico City and Jonathan Kusuma (I'm A Cliché, Love On The Rocks) from Jakarta.

Undo turns the acid odyssey of "Barlick Acid" in an emotional track where the bass guitar and vocoder lead the remix path.
A Best Man Dead conserves the profound atmosphere of "Granada / Liberación" and gives it an acid touch giving it an epic and corrosive spirit.
Avanti gives a disco-isn turn to “Tacon Puntera” but maintains the evil spirit of the original track. Acid synths, rhythmic guitars and vocals made in Gameboyz give as a result a track to play late at night.
Last track is Cabaret Nocturne´s “Blind Trust” remixed by Jonathan Kusuma. It could have been hard but for him it did not take much effort to take the deepness of the original and elevate it to undreamed peaks, giving it a mental touch rather than emotional.

Vox Low seem to be continuously pushing out music at present. Their output is vast and very, very good. There latest EP for Correspondant is titled 'The Hunt'. We bring you what has been the selectors favourite cut from the EP so far, 'Some Words of Faith'.

Mateo Gonzales. In Mexico, even children know his name. One of the most versatile Latin American producers, known for his monikers Bufi, Theus Mago and Sonido Phantasma, one of the co-founders of Duro Label, he released a huge amount of music on such labels as Electrique Music, Kitsune, Discotexas, Platino, My Favorite Robot, Turbo Records etc, he is one of the pioneers of the Mexican modern electronic scene.
This is not his first collaboration with Los Angeles  producer Missy Livingston aka Moderna (known for her work with Ghostly International), at the beginning of last year they recorded together a powerful EP on Chloe's Kill The DJ.

This time they are released on another French, Marseille's label La Dame Noir. The new EP includes 3 original mixes plus remixes from Sebastian Voigt and a remix from the Mateo Gonzalez himself under one of his monikers - Bufi, which we are happy to present to you today.
Moderna & Theus Mago - Tecno Misogino (Bufi Remix) - a dancefloor-worthy groove monster, anchored by a funky, but menacing bassline with vocal cuts and a catchy guitar loop, rework that bringing original into a chugging, low slung
prowler with raw biker disco percussion. 
Yet again here La Dame Noir have served up a fresh modern dark disco package that packs real heat. Enjoy
