@riotvan-family is thrilled to announce the latest installment of the "Familiar Faces” series, with label bosses Panthera Krause and Peter Invasion once again opening their arms and welcoming an exceptional group of friends. Some familiar faces return, while others make a glorious Riotvan debut. 

Originally conceived as a four-track release, in line with previous installments, the project took on a life of its own as the incredible music continued to flow in. Today, we are delighted to present "Familiar Faces IV," an eight-track selection that showcases the freshest and most diverse sounds from a group of our incredibly talented friends. 

Riotvan regulars Shubostar, New Hook, and Sexy Lazer, invite listeners on their journey exploring deep, punky, and cinematic soundscapes, while our Belgian buddy, DC Salas, takes a deep dive into the acidic depths. 

From across the pond, we welcome a cosmic queen in, Tony Y Not, and one of our favourite Mexican amigos, @muftimx. Both new members of our clan. 

Our greatest gathering to date wouldn't be complete without the familiar faces of Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht, who treat us to an exciting sci-fi soundtrack, before the Italian connection of Amacord & Speaking Minds add a blissful beauty to close the collection.

Relish Compilation VII features tracks and remixes by AHEADACHEADAY, ELIEZER w/ Zillas on Acid and Dangur, M Love, Headman, Mufti feat. Vongold, Franz & Shape and Modular Project.

The Compilation starts off with Alberto de Angeli aka AHEADACHEADAY. A dark slow motion synth laden track with Burundi beat undertones. 
Tel Aviv’s Eliezer collaborated w/ Zillas on Acid on Anna Bella. The vocals are by Isadora. The song is trippy, hypnotic and percussive.
M Love’s Price is his 3rd release on Relish. New World was featured on REPIX. New Wave and Krautrock infused techno for the momentarily absent dancefloors.This time a bit harder and less melodic. Devoleb is a new Headman track. The original idea was to rework an old track, but while working on it something new came out. The track is an example of Post Punk Disco, 808 drummachines and Basslines that reminds one of Motorik retro futurist funk. Crimson is by Eliezer and Dangur with again vocals from Isadora. This version is a bit more uptempo, again with a tribal nearly ethnic feel with guitars and percussion that slide in and out dubbing everything. Mufti feat Vongold contributed already on REPXI. False Guru has a similar  Mexican underground vibe, dark arpeggio synths, driving drums and  mystic vocals by Vongold.
Headman’s Be Loved original version was released in 2011. First remixed by Daniel Avery on the homonymous single. Modular Project remixed the version again and turned it into a high energy dark Giorgio Moroder-esque interpretation keeping loads of sounds and the poppy vocals from the original. Franz & Shape who have been part of Relish since the early days contributed N.u.m.b.. The vocals are by Matt Southall from the UK band Officers. The remix is by Croatian electronica producer Petar Dundov. He added vocoders and gave a nice retro-italo feel to the original version. The second release of @latidorecords sees another slew of new forces showcase their production flairs in a four track original compilation. Italian nu dance artist and modular aficionado Tulioxi kicks off proceedings with an energetic track prancing on the border of space disco with acid basslines. 

Durand’s 'Estramonio' follows suit, with a 6 minute-long winding synth excursion. Tel Aviv underground scene pioneer Eliezer joins the cast with 'Prime Minister', a sinuous slice of introspective dark disco with ghostly vocals. Rounding up the release is JackWasFaster’s 'Azorín', a playful arrangement with dazzling pads and lots of groove appeal.
