Tunnel Signs (Ash Moses) makes his highly anticipated debut on Darkroom Dubs with Soft Chewing Voice, a three-track EP that pulses with analogue synths, haunting rhythms, and a taste for the surreal. 
 
With a narrative drawn from the vibrant world of Sydney's underground electronic music scene, this release blurs the lines between reality and fiction, sending a cryptic transmission from the edge of the unknown. Known initially for his captivating after-hours DJ sets, Ash Moses seamlessly transitioned into music production. His early success with Tunnel Signs came with a collaboration with Id!r on the Clouded Vision label, where their track, Runner, quickly became a secret weapon for label heads Silicone Soul. A series of releases on renowned labels like Motorik and Air Signs followed, along with his intriguing partnership with Barney Kato in their Barney In The Tunnel project.
 
Set to release on Darkroom Dubs in early November, Soft Chewing Voice promises to guide listeners into new terrain. Offering an experience as familiar as otherworldly - a testament to Tunnel Signs' unique ability to blend human connection with electronic mystique, grounding his music in a style that resonates with those who seek to explore beyond the ordinary, where the boundaries continue to be redefined one beat at a time.

EP "The Different" — is the part of the label, which included artists from different countries and cultures. There are BRAVERS residents, Russian and foreign guests, united with their love for industrial music — Antoni Maiovvi (@antonmaiof) from Bristol, WLDV (@wldv) from Bilbao, Velax (@iamvelax) from St. Petersburg and the resident of the Moscow label BRAVERS - Anton Levdikov (@antonlevdikov).

The cover was created by collecting different parts of faces: portraits of listeners, artists and members of the electronic music lovers. Everybody have its own distinctive features, but at the same time related for the one large community.

@NautilusRising flick the V’s (@vmusiquesynthetique) once again as Lithuanian don Vidis Čepkauskas returns to the Glasgow fold. Just like his ‘Faux Pas’ EP in 2017, once again, it’s a rich weave of ideas and tempers and textures…

A suite just as much as an EP, V presents ‘Confusion’ in three clear chapters: the strident, synth-swathed dubby disco lead cut that works perfectly as a transition from light to dark at any stage of the night; the much more spacious and anthemic ‘Confusion Totale’ raises the bar higher with sinewy acid and crisp breakbeats before ‘Confusion Finale’ concludes the tale with poignancy. Near beatless, wrapped snugly in a shoegaze sheen and led with crisp early 80s guitars, it’s the perfect farewell.

A narrative and a maze of emotions to navigate with attention to detail paid to every leg of the journey: but we’d expect nothing less from the man behind Le Temps Perdu Records and world-renowned Opium Club in Vilnius. There’s no confusion here, only ‘Confusion’ itself.

The label launched in January 2019 and has featured a combination of singles and compilation releases with artists such as Sascha Funke, Curses, TAPAN, Damon Jee, Biesmans, Khidja, Anatolian Weapons, and Tolouse Low Trax, to name a few and its objective is to promote positive social change and raise funds for our Sinchi Foundation, which supports Indigenous forest guardians in the Brazilian Amazon.
