@AndreaTempo is an Italian Dj and Producer, and a member of independent label @Slow-Motion-Records. Drawing his influences from NY's Dance Punk scene of the early 80's, Andrea got his start playing Alt Rock with a few of his hometown's local bands. He fell in love with electronic music thanks to Nu Rave and Electro from the noughties and 80's Italian Dance Productions. 

In his own words...

"Launderette" was born as an improvisation on a bass line by a member of the English reggae group (Aswald) and recorded in his home in Lancaster Road, where Joe Strummer (Clash) also lived. I was immediately struck by his Reggae, Post Punk and Dub vibes. I made it more psychedelic and dub, to play at the end of the show or perhaps inside the Lancaster Road house where Joe Strammer also lived.

1. Who are you ?
I am Ned aka. Tech Support, based in London, UK.

2. How did you discover this track ?
I was going through a discogs rabbit hole when I found it, it was very easy to find but quite underrated.

3. Why do you choose to edit it ?
There are some parts I really like about the song, but overall I found the structure to be quite messy, and at points a little jarring, so I cut out the parts I didn't like and beefed up the good bits!

4. What are your next plans?
My next release is my track 'Idyll Illusion' on Semi Delicious alongside Demi Requisimo, Baby Rollen, Harry Oscillate & Gallegos, out 26.11.21!

8 months after the release of their 3rd EP, spotlight on leftfield italo, Mister T. records are now back with their first official digital release to light up dancefloors with its load of vintage synths and iconic drum machines. 

Fedor aka Sim Fossil is a Russian DJ and producer from Moscow, now based in Paris. He started his journey in the electronic scene 10 years ago, producing under his house alias Cossway with many releases on HedZup, Whoyostro, Hatch, Deepolody, Inter records, etc.. Big fan of labels like Mood Hut, Pacific Rhythm or PPU, this new release is a big step for him, making his debut in the 90’s electronic music.

With the Body Contact EP he mixes his influences, coming from the Belgian, Canadian and US underground scenes, to deliver three tracks, complex blends of saturated samples and vintage drum machines. 

The EP opens with ‘Body Contact’, its most dance-floor friendly track, mixing together the loud and simple rhythms of newbeat jamming with Sim’s distorted house samples. 

MTT is proud to release this EP as a tribute to newbeat & as Fedor’s first move with his new alias.

Though they have known each other for quite some time and hang around a lot, somehow Sibilë & Phun Thomas have never really talked. It was when Sibilë asked to help with her album that they began getting closer to a point of trying to create something together. These days their rendering pauses are full of support, insights & laughter. What they chat about in the studio remains a mystery to us all, but their first track comes out to live its life.

The French producer Fred Berthet is not a newcomer in the world of the electronic scene, he is considered as a certified veteran in this field. Under his pseudonym Dj Steef he is still one of the best choices in terms of Edits, Nu-disco and Down-Tempo. As when he signs under his own name his productions for House and Deep-House .
His formula is simple, in an energetic and deep electronic atmosphere, he works on technics as subtle as effective. Fred signs the 18th release of the label by delivering an EP composed of 3 tracks, Electronic and Modern Deep-House. 

"Ethylinks" open the Ep with an hypnotic, electronic and deep atmosphere, led by a strong bassline, making the pressure growing up till the end.

« Scalla » is the second track, bringing a special balearic vibe with a kind of old school treatment to lead the listener in a psychedelic slow trip.

« Furtif »  ends the project with an evolutive and melodic construction of hypnotic synth loops, reaching a climax in an epic breakdown. Perfectly shaped for clubs !

Originally written and produced as the centrepiece to his 2014 FabricLive compilation, Erol Alkan’s ‘Sub Conscious' arrives on 12” vinyl and to streaming platforms for the first time, accompanied by two charismatic remixes from Manfredas.

Shimmering and undulating, the original cut of ‘Sub Conscious’ was designed with Fabric’s cavernous main room in mind, taking full advantage of any finely-tuned soundsystem with a patient, rhythmic trip. Remastered here, the track evolves out of hazy darkness towards halcyon euphoria in a uniquely Alkan style.

Resident at Opium Club in Vilnius, cult DJ and producer Manfredas provides two hugely creative and alternative takes on ‘Sub Conscious’. The first works hallucinatory magic with a supple bassline and much of Alkan’s original stretched and repurposed around vampish oscillations and a westward vocal sample.

On the contrary, the ‘Stream Of Consciousness' mix sees Manfredas pitch down and strum the bones of ‘Sub Conscious’, unexpectedly delivering a lovingly lethargic, bottom-heavy jam that’s pure dubside pleasure.
