I am Tarry. Singer and Songwriter. For the last five years I have been writing and performing my own material. And have just started shooting my videos.

Music is my life passion, I write a lot about love. Love makes peoples hearts fill with all kinds of emotions.And love brings people together. 

The world needs love

Originally from Nyamande which is a village in Zimbabwe. My life there was completely different than it is now, but i guess you would understand that.

I suffered from stuttering from an early age and I couldn't use my voice to defend myself or say my views. I realized when I sing I didn't stutter so I focused more on singing. Music is my life as it has given me something that I never had. 

My family are close and blessed with strong family ties. My father died when I was in my teens, this had a huge impact on me as a person. But he was a great man, and considering he didn't have much education, he achieved more in his life than many people I know, that call themselves educated. 

He gave me strength and taught me how to be real, but also more important he inspired me to work hard at want i want to achieve.

I have made mistakes in my life, like anyone who is honest with themselves would admit to. Police, getting involved in the wrong crowd, and bad relationships. 

My relationship didn't work out too well, with the person i was with. But from that I have an amazing son who I love and adore with all my heart.

Having a Son, meant that I had to support him, as that's what i would want to do and also expected to do, like my Father did for me. 

I turned my hand to many jobs to keep food and clothes coming for my son and myself. I have done the jobs that many people wouldn't dare doing. 

Never judge me, I have met amazing people doing those jobs, and it also helped me to achieve my ultimate goal of writing and performing my own music. Being on the bottom of the chain gave me a better voice and understanding to what life is all about without the distraction of titles or money.

I have strong people around me to help and guide me. And the most amazing friends, that i will support , as they support me. The never ending love from my mother does keeps me believing. A lovely partner that does believe in me even when I feel I can't. 

I am a strong and courageous person, but deep down i lack a bit of confidence and don't always believe in my own abilities. 

I am not an easy pushover sort of guy. far from it ! People have dis respected me in the past, by the colour of my skin, and how I look. And also cause of my lack of skills. 

Having said that I am a stronger person for their downfalls. I am at least a real person, with real values and real goals. Not many of those fakes can hold their head up high. But I know I can. 

I hope that one day I can look back at the people that looked down on me as i move forward and upwards in my life. As I achieve saying my views through performing my songs. 

And with my determination and hard work and the good people i have around me 
I will achieve this goal.
