Synthpop musician Cosmicity, aka Mark Nicholas.

Samet Özgür was born in Edremit/Balıkesir in 1987. His interest in music started during his early childhood. He got involved playing the bass guitar and producing some demos with friends in 2003.
Upon discovering electronic music in 2005, he became a producer of electronic industrial music in 2006. He released two albums for his project SADIZTIK:INJEKTION with the Hungarian company Advoxya Records. The tracks were incorporated in many collective albums. SADIZTIK:INJEKTION is the first harsh electro-industrial project in Turkey. He received support and praise from many big bands/projects within the industrial genre for his project. He still continues to work on the project, yet it’s not his current priority.
He fell in love with House music in 2012 and began to work as a DJ with his own name. Contrary to many DJ’s, he did not switch from being a DJ to being a producer, but vice versa.
In 2013 he and Ozan Ülke from the band Neopol founded their electronic music production studio Deep White Records in Istanbul. Samet Özgür predominantly uses progressive big-room electro house tracks in his sets, but also incorporates complextro, progressive house and sometimes progressive trance.
