You likely have a dark side — psychology says that everyone does — but there's process that might help you work through that part of yourself. It's called "shadow work," and involves diving into the unconscious material that shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
By illuminating how we construct our identity, mindfulness practice helps us recognize and accept our shadow moment by moment.  Every desirable and undesirable feeling, thought, and image eventually arises in meditation, and we practice noticing and accepting them all.  We see our anger, greed, lust, and fear along with our love, generosity, care, and courage.
When we face our shadow, we can begin to integrate these qualities into our conscious selves. This is a difficult but rewarding process that leads to greater self-awareness and wholeness.

Estou animado em compartilhar com vocês a inspiração por trás da minha mais nova track! Ela nasceu da fonte mais radiante de alegria na minha vida: o sorriso da minha filha mais nova Heloísa. É difícil descrever em palavras a magnitude da felicidade que esse sorriso traz para o meu coração todos os dias. E, para mim, não havia maneira melhor de capturar essa alegria do que transformá-la em música.
Desde os primeiros acordes até a melodia cativante, cada nota desta música é uma homenagem ao brilho único nos olhos dela, à inocência contagiante de sua risada e à energia positiva que irradia para todo o ambiente. É como se cada batida representasse um momento de felicidade compartilhado entre nós dois, uma dança de alegria eterna que só uma criança pode inspirar.
É um "hitechquinho dos gostosos de ouvir", como costumo dizer. É vibrante, é alegre, é envolvente - tudo o que o sorriso da minha filha representa para mim.
Espero que, ao ouvirem esta música, vocês possam sentir um pouco da magia que eu sinto todos os dias ao ver o sorriso dela. Que ela traga um momento de felicidade e leveza para suas vidas, assim como ela faz para a minha.

I'm excited to share with you the inspiration behind my newest track! It was born from the most radiant source of joy in my life: the smile of my youngest daughter, Heloísa. It's hard to put into words the magnitude of happiness that this smile brings to my heart every day. And for me, there was no better way to capture this joy than to turn it into music.

From the first chords to the captivating melody, every note of this music is a tribute to the unique sparkle in her eyes, the contagious innocence of her laughter, and the positive energy she radiates into the environment. It's as if each beat represents a moment of shared happiness between us, a dance of eternal joy that only a child can inspire.

It's a "hitechquinho dos gostosos de ouvir," as I often say. It's vibrant, it's cheerful, it's engaging - everything that my daughter's smile represents to me.

I hope that when you listen to this music, you can feel a bit of the magic that I feel every day when I see her smile. May it bring a moment of happiness and lightness to your lives, just as she does to mine.
