Rødder began his journey into music production in 2006, experimenting with sounds and tools that sparked his passion for electronic music. However, it wasn’t until 2011—after connecting with several professional producers—that he fully immersed himself in music creation, completing his first full electronic project.

Over time, Rødder has shaped a unique sonic identity, deeply rooted in the underground side of Techno. His evolution has led him to explore increasingly darker territories, where atmosphere, rawness, and intensity define his sound.

Strongly influenced by the Hard Techno of the 90´s era, he found in this style the perfect language to express his musical vision. Today, his work blends power, depth, and a clear focus on a dark and hypnotic Techno, which sets him apart within the scene.

Medulla Oblongata is Dj who blossoms in his musical biotope between ambient and raw hypnotic techno. His techno sets are an invitation to an immersive journey where dancers can forget themselves.
His two decades-long passion for ambient music is expressed in his other aspect of his work  with hybridized mixes biult from tape samples, droning machine loops and synthesizers. 
With other weirdos he co-founded the TRÊVE collective and he’s the curator of TRÊVE Soundcloud Channel which gathered headliners alongside up-and-coming talents.
