Severn Electronics is thrilled to announce the launch of our first compilation album, "Various Artists 001". This milestone release features contributions from ten exceptional artists, each exploring different areas of electronic music within the scope of the label, yet offering something unique from one another—ranging from ambient to techno, IDM, and breaks.

These ten tracks represent a heartfelt collaboration between artists for a good cause. All proceeds from the album will be donated to a charity that is making a real difference on the ground in Gaza: "The Ghassan Abu Sittah Children's Fund".

This vital charity, founded by British Palestinian Dr. Ghassan Abu-Sittah, provides critical medical care to children in Gaza, transports them to Lebanon for advanced treatment, and supports their ongoing recovery.

The Ghassan Abu Sittah Children's Fund is dedicated to offering medical, psychological, and social care to the most vulnerable children, easing the pressure on Gaza's fragile healthcare system, and paving the way for a brighter future.

As mentioned earlier, 100% of the proceeds from the sales of this album will go directly to the charity, including all production costs as well. By purchasing digital or physical copies, you are directly supporting the charity and, therefore, vulnerable children who are in desperate need of vital medical care. No child should ever be robbed of their future.

UK-born artist Sioc is a seasoned DJ and producer known for his refined productions, seductive melodies, and immersive atmospheres. Now based in Berlin, Simon has established himself as a prominent force in the modern underground scene, with releases on respected labels including Space Trax, Terenor Records, TechLab, Alpha Tracks, and Proxima. His dynamic sets have also made a mark at iconic venues like Säule (Berghain) and RSO.

With over two decades of production experience, Sioc recently launched Satori — a collaborative platform for friends and like-minded artists brought together by a shared passion for underground trance, techno, and boundary-pushing hybrid sounds.

His meticulous approach fuses hypnotic psy and Goa grooves with dark, driving rhythms, seamlessly weaving sub-genres into immersive, emotionally charged narratives that unfold through his sets and productions. 

Sioc’s creative momentum shows no signs of slowing, with upcoming EPs set for release on Crude (Berlin) and Flux Collective (Oslo), alongside the recent release of his EP on Vehemence (Berlin/North Macedonia), where he has also joined as a resident.
