Balance is my first spoken word song. It was something that was completely unplanned and I’m just so grateful I had the experience of bringing it to life. It’s about the balance of life, fear, and what is happening inside of us, energetically/emotionally. I hope this song will help put in to words what a lot of people may have been feeling lately and what to do when you are feeling heavy and going through things.
