Fuck the Supreme Court. Welcome to the America that is inching closer and closer towards turning the Handmaids Tale into a prophecy as opposed to just a frightening dystopian science fiction drama.

I did this remix of Eminem’s “Stan” last year when Texas passed those draconian laws about abortion. It’s about meeting someone from Texas and them getting pregnant… and… well… some shit happens.

I wasn’t going to put it out - I don’t like capitalizing off of current events - especially when they are so painful for so many people. However, in light of the recent overturning of Roe v. Wade, I have decided to release my remix of “Stan” along with a link to some organizations that advocate for women's reproductive rights.

I am not sure if there are moments in this remix that are insensitive or lacking in nuance - if there are - I am truly sorry.  My
goal was to tell a story about something that could actually happen now that there has been such a blatant attack on women's rights.  I don’t consider myself, as a man, someone who should be making any decisions about women's bodies.  I am an ally and nothing more.

Again - FUCK the Supreme Court. Can’t say that enough.
