It is an honour for us to release the first single from Jaidene Veda's upcoming album, 'Wanderlust'.  This track is a classic and is best described by the vocalist herself...

"From P60 approached me with this song at least a couple of years ago and my first impression was 'St.Germain meets Herbert' I loved how clean and distinct the sounds were; a lot of soul, but a lot of strange and sharp sound designs, juxtaposed with undulating tones.  I loved it!  Lyrically speaking, I just wanted to go somewhere dreamy, a bit of a narrative about a 'dream like love'.  House music always takes me 'somewhere else', like a soundtrack really.  I always just write what the music makes me feel.

Once I had the opportunity to work on a shorter edit for the album, I was just so grateful for the exact sound that From P60 created, so I only decided to rearrange it slightly with subtle sound designs (as per the promo-video from the Bronx, captured in the pouring rain) and a serious Jazz section.  I am thrilled that this is the first official single from my brand new album 'Wanderlust' (being released in 2015)."

Sir LSG’s ‘Sandcastle’ features South African soul-sensation Ayanda Jiya on vocals and is the first single taken from his long awaited debut album not yet titled which is forthcoming mid of 2017.

Ayanda Jiya adds her gorgeous talent to the song. Growing up in a musical family, she was exposed and influenced by a lot of genres, mostly Gospel, Jazz, Neo Soul and RnB from an early age.

Contributing a remix is Josh Milan, who should not need an introduction to music lovers anymore. One half of legendary production team ‘Blaze’ which heavily influenced countless fellows and the House Music scene in general since mid of the eighties, he lately focused on his own imprint ‘Honeycomb’ with mutual success.

Sir LSG began his career as a DJ in 2006 whilst studying to become an electrical engineer at the University of The Witwaterstrand. It seems the love for music soon took precedence as the young SIr LSG started collecting records. Soon after Co-founding Hood Natives in 2007 with 3 other DJs based in Soweto, Sir LSG enrolled at the Soul Candi Institute of Music to learn more about electronic music production. After completing the short course at Soul Candi, Sir LSG enrolled at the Academy of Sound Engineering to do a two year diploma majoring in Music Production & Audio Post Production. 

It was the 2008 Southern African Music Conference that became a defining juncture in Sir LSG's music path, when he caught the ear of the legendary DJ Christos, whom since became his devoted mentor. Thanks to the relationship with Christos, German producer Ralf GUM came across Sir LSG's song “Sax in the City” in 2011 , which finally found its way to light when released on GOGO Music. With remixes from another German based Producer Raw Artistic Soul, and a fellow South African DJ/Producer Nastee Nev, "Sax In The City" reached the second spot on Traxsource's top singles chart. 

To date, the Mafikeng born Lesego Sefako has had the honour to perform at various venues across South Africa, alongside South African legends such as DJ Christos, Vinny Da Vinci, Tim White, DJ Ganyani, DJ Mbuso and Greg Maloka to name but a few, as well as international acts; Ralf GUM, Rocco, Monique Bingham, and Portia Monique.  On his solo path since breaking away from the group Hood Natives, Sir LSG has since done remixes for UPZ aka Avi Elman, Ralf GUM, Andy Compton, Nathan Adams and MAQman. He has also collaborated with Brian Temba, a legendary South African R&B singer/songwriter and trumpeter Kafele on a song titled All I Am, which enjoyed great air play on South African Radio Stations and became a local dance floor anthem. In 2014 Sir LSG was voted by Traxsource at Number 20 on the Top 100 Afro House Procers of the year.
