Originally released back in 2010 as part of an Agoria mix compilation sampler Temperature's Rising has become a cult hit with vinyl copies now impossible to find for any price as the chance of a repress was held back by record company politics. Now, finally, it returns, remastered for 2016 and enjoying the clear cut and full side of vinyl it undoubtedly deserves.

On the B-side is the Temperate Dub, recorded at the same time as the lead mix, but which has remained unreleased until now. It takes a deep classic even deeper dubbing out syllables of the vocal over a reverberated version of the  now familiar half-time rhythm of the original mix.

There’s no triple heel clicks initiating our latest return to Kansas as we head back to celebrate the third SCI+TEC installment from the Midwestern state’s Chris Rusu. Fermata and The Future Is Never bookended 2014 as the young producer, who favours a minimal, funky tech-bounce, announced himself to the world.

Spies & Lies is his latest SCI+TEC triple-header with Blowback, Whistleblower and Sleeper Cell all portraying that laidback rubbery bass grooves that Rusu is becoming known for. Senso Sounds drop a major release from techno heavyweight Dubfire and label boss Oliver Huntemann. Reuniting the partnership that has seen a string of seminal releases over the years in the form of their 'Elements' series, 'Humano' is the 2nd part of a continuation of this series - more weapons of grade dance-floor material from the high profile duo. Later on this year their partnership will be summarized in their 'Restrospec- tivo' album.
Former Deep Dish man Dubfire’s uncanny knowledge of how to create epic dance- floor moments is in full effect, combined with Huntemann’s precision tool production techniques on the original version of the title track. The result is a super tough, tight and incalculably driving slice of techno goodness that will ignite floors worldwide. The rest of the EP manages to maintain the pressure - with a set of sick remixes from Victor Ruiz, Hatzler and Shaded.
Ruiz, the Brazilian techno pioneer adds another level of fire to the original, tweaking and refining the track into a damager that pushes everything to 11 and hits home with every play. Hatzler, the Hamburg based German DJ/producer chooses a different direction - emphasizing more of the space in the original. Rinsing the tension to the next level, look out for the epic middle section break down. The whole package is primed to destroy clubs far and wide - techno at its most effective. Shaded’s Summer Skin remix also delivers a tightly wound interpretation, with a bubbling bass line and nervous, excited groove providing the fuel for an extended dancefloor excursion.

INSIST MUSIC goes a whole new way with its latest release "Something About Her" by Farman: The first track "Memories" may be in all matters referred to as "sophisticated", as it meets the highest standards of intelligence and complexity. The dark atmosphere of the electronic instrumentation is enhanced by narrative vocals, which spread like a cohesive bracket over the groovy patterns. Downtempo, Industrial, trance and deep house merge into a hypnotic dance that excites the audience to dream and  float. Responsible for this musical complexity is the distinguished  Italian producer Farman, who discovered his love for music during his classical violin training as a child, who refined his talent as a DJ and producer in Bari and is currently rounding up his skills as a student of classical piano playing in London. He is also active as a producer again and delights his fan base with the latest release of INSIST MUSIC.
 
The second track, "Something About Her", was put through the dance-floor grinder and spiced up with more bangs and grooves for the dance-floor by Insist-Artist Sascha Barth. The, after listening to Farman’s "Memories", almost characteristic scale sounds of the dark side of the club have remained in Sascha Barth adaptation, but are accompanied by a corresponding pep from the positive-energy bottle. Thus, "Something About Her" becomes the secret club track of this outstanding publication. Including hands-in-the-air-break, of course.
 
The way "Something About Her" sounds in the original version can be found out listening to the next track of the publication. As already mentioned, the hypnotic, sometimes dark sound fragments of Farman can be found in this track again. The sound is more for the after-hours than the prime time. But their it works incredibly well, providing weary bones with fresh energy. Especially since the sound screw up out of the gloom from minor to major accompanied by sexy female vocals. These are not as in "Memories" used as a musical clip, but as an entertainer on the edge. But that - very well done.
 
Last, but not least (!) Farman takes us on "The Trip". After a bone-dry DJ-friendly intro the track takes  off again. Here, too, the journey, even if only in a figurative sense,  goes from minor to major. The classical structure of a dance tracks (works great) and the now well-known Farman-cosmos of sound merge into an irresistible blend. DJs will love the track because it always breaks with cliff-hangers and holds up the voltage on the dance floor, but in the redemption never takes off the last shirt. A trip in pure culture, that so quickly will not find its end and never releases the dancer from his responsibility.

Sisko Electrofanatik was born in Rome. Since he was very young, he has been attracted to dance music, and with time he developed a strong interest in the various facets of house and electronic music. He then started working in multiple clubs in the Italian capital from a young age. His DJing style was always heavily steeped in electronic sounds, which is why he ended up being nicknamed “Electrofanatik”. After a few years of gigs, he started feeling the need to create a more personal sound.
So he began working on his own productions, expressing his creativity through the current underground style of electronic and techno music. His productions reached several top 10 charts, garnering acclaim and being played by internationally- renowned artists: Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Sam Paganini, Alan Fitzpatrick, Pan-Pot, Amelie Lens, Chris Liebing, Markantonio, Umek and more...

He also collaborates with major labels such as Terminal M, Intec, Suara, We Are The Brave, JAM, Analytictrail, OFF, Phobiq, Codex, IAMT, Say What ?, Fe Chrome, Yoshitoshi, Bush, Autektone, Armada Music and more. 
In 2022 he won as Best Dj Techno Producer at Dance Music Awards Italy. Today, he continues to produce and play live at clubs and festivals around the globe with dedication and passion, championing his unique “Electrofanatik” style.

In addition he founded the GAIN RECORDS label, focused on a raw/melodic tech- no peak time sounds. He also works with the major brands of producers sample packs, music apps & softwares as sound designer and collaborate with FM/web radio stations and streaming around the world.
