Ruff Stuff Music returns with its first release in four years this March, the project sees label head Ruff Stuff releasing material from himself and three other artists, all of which come from the same town, have been friends from many years and share the same love for a particular style of house. With the ‘70024 Beats Roots Vol.1’, Ruff Stuff welcomes onto the various artist package his ex Ruff Stuff production partner, now producing under the name of Flaze, Bress Underground and Toysin who debuts this moniker but is also known for his Techno material under the guise Earwax.

Italian purveyor of the deep sound Ruff Stuff is dropping another 4 tracker on his homonymous Ruff Stuff Music label.

Italian producer Ruff Stuff - which has already released on labels like Shall Not Fade, Sloth Boogie, Madhouse - returns with a self produced record on his Ruff Stuff Music label.

The EP is a solid mixture of tracks showcasing 2 sides of the producer's sound: the more dancefloor oriented one on the A Side vs the deeper and housier one on the B side.

Each of the tracks expresses in its unique way Ruff's own style and inspiration: the A side is composed by DJ tools, with 'High Club Alive' inspired by French Touch and the deeper 'Badass Groove’. 

On the B side you will find more complex arrangements, more brainy tunes, with a definite House and Acid vibe. This is a truly masterful combination of tunes by Ruff Stuff. One for the dance floor. One for the heads.

Alongside “Morale” our residents Alfa Cornae (aka Marco Dassi) and we.amps dropped two crazy and well-structured remix that highlight the original while maintaining its own strong style.

Ruff Stuff teams up with Bress Underground for a long awaited return to SB... a new collection of Deep House tracks of the highest order from these Italian House Heads. Foundations is a steam roller of a track calling on Ruff Stuff’s love for Mr.G, with some tasty French House accents adding a nice funk factor. Sliding Sine makes us wanna go felt pelt on an Autobahn with its rich bass stabs under late night synth echoes with tough drum programming.

Bress Underground comes aboard to collab on the next two tracks and makes his presence felt. The Community is a punchy gospel House cut with crackling vocal samples and trippy chord patterns. Something About It closes the EP with expertly chopped vocals and jacked out grooves, more catchy chords, and some irresistible rolllllling London style bass.
