The darkness thrives deep and gets the best of you and the people you love.. Emotions are no joke. You feel these things for reasons even if the demons are unnamed at your dire times. In light of this, I'd like to share a journey through my own darkness.

Your reflection stares back at you. Your eyes and heart are gray and weary. You're drowning in your own depths. You're tired, frustrated, discontent, and stale...  all you seek is to break free from your own mess. "Expression!" ,you think to yourself.. "this may be the key.." Months later, your frowns have turned into smiles; your disappointment has turned into gratitude. At this point you're sick of being down. Time moves too fast. You're losing moments stuck in an abyss stemmed from your own guilt, beliefs, perspectives and low esteem. You realize you're not alone. You realize you're your only kind.  You realize all you had to do was to be true to yourself, to love and live genuinely, and to never forget to count your blessings.
