Hier meine Aufnahme vom diesjährigen Silvestermarathon im Sisyphos in Berlin.
Völlig spontan von der Couch geholt und eines meiner besten Sets im  Sissy gehabt....Danke an all die tollen Produzenten deren Tracks ich spielen darf und erneut an das Team vom Sissy die mir immer wieder die Ehre geben eine wahnsinns Zeit dort zu haben. Diese Aufnahme geht mir echt unter die Haut und hey ein wenig live Atmosphäre ist auch dabei. #happyme #everybodyscream

Happy to share this piece of my personal DJ history with you. 15 years is a long time so I tried to put in some personal classics but still remain a consistent thread in the mix and keep it thrilling. Thank you to everyone who made this day so special to me, especially the Sisyphos crew who welcomed me with open arms even when I came 20 minutes late to my set due to a long aircraft delay.

The first „Four To The Floor“ of the new decade is on the horizon.
FTTF Edition 17 starts with the track “Rotweinfleck” by Diynamic founder Solomun and it’s a dramatic dancefloor play. Excited percussions lead the way; then suddenly, the main piano theme strikes a chord, shy at first, but in an ever-growing crescendo, until it culminates and unloads its weight like thunder.
Next up is “You Must Understand”, a dark and dizzy grave wave influenced track by Atlanta-native Sejva that sounds like a sinister medieval ritual with monks chanting their hypnotic mantra to brand it into your mind.
Track no. 3 titled “exe.cute” by Marc DePulse is a futuristic melodic Techno tune with a dirty bassline, pairing space-age synthesizer sounds with retro guitar lick aesthetics.
And closing off, gizA djs return to FTTF with the 80s Italo Disco influenced, euphoric dancefloor anthem titled “Dolce”.

Here's not much to say about this young man. To describe him shortly: DJ and promoter, booking agent and label owner, curator and catalyser, established Riotvan single-handed in 2006. Starting as series of events and growing up to a record label. Maybe you know him already as drummer of the band Here Is Why. He was playing in several clubs and parties like Berghain Panoramabar, Robert Johnson, Blitz, Burning Man Festival or in New York City, Mexico, Moscow, London, Copenhagen, Novosibirsk, Stockholm to name but a few…. This guy is off to explore the world. We may be wound up to a high pitch.

Dear Sisy family and friends.
I’ve decided to stream the set I’ve played on NYE at Hammahalle, instead of recording or playing a new one. The reason I played this set, is because Jonty could not join us that day due to his illness, so I played "instead" of him, but I had the feeling that we played together. I visited Jonty few days before NYE, and believe me, I had his words very present when playing this set. Each track, every mix, was a thought about him. I played viscerally that day, with the inner side of my soul. This is a tribute to Jonty, somebody who strongly supported me from the beginning, who always had the right words for motivating me, somebody who showed us love and passion for the music, and his powerful human measure. It’s a hard loose. I will miss you forever, but forever and deeply will remain your footprint left on us.
Rest in Freedom Jonty. My music will be always for you, my friend.
