Tan WeiWei(Sitar Tan) is a distinguished singer in China. Her range and power in music are well recognized by professionals & fans.She is among the few who is able to master variable music styles, all of which are of undeniable virtuosity. She is one of the top female pop singers in China, the Queen of Rock and Roll music, and the renovator of the Chinese folk music. She is frequently invited to sing with Mr.  Cui Jian, the internationally recognized 'Godfather' of China’s Rock and Roll music, on his concerts. She adapted the traditional Tibetan music with modern concept and brought it to the international stage. Therefore, people call her the 'Angle of Music from Tibet'.
She started her study at Sichuan Conservatory of Music when she was 16, along with her music career in which she earned numerous awards. She performed in the Golden Hall of Vienna, the privilege of which is only shared by the world renowned artists. She participated the “Super Girl” Competition in 2006, a popular TV show to select top singers from millions, and won the 2nd prize. 
Awards and honors are only history for her. Instead of chasing the emerging fame, she chose to get out of the public’s sight. When she is back, you know she will rock. 
She has released 3 albums, which are all on the top of the ranking lists. Her talent is beyond signing, she is also a talented actress and a genius in performing arts. She is like a beautiful flower to be in blossom.
