Dan Shake, Kaidi Tatham, Jamie 3:26 on Toy Tonics! Yes. Toy Tonics lead artist Cody Currie released his debut album on the Berlin label last year and now here come the remixes! Pure dancefloor joy is guaranteed with this release. The names speak for themselves. And they really made effective DJ weapons out of Cody's very organic sounding, warm, soul-driven jazzy house songs. 

Cody by now doesn't need a big introduction anymore. He is one of the „hot“ names from London’s new house scene (even if he lives in Berlin) and being the only one who has made a collabo with Eliza Rose created a certain buzz not just in UK (they recorded the tracks Danger, Moves, Night Sky released on Cody's debut album Lucas).

Since the album release Cody is playing worldwide solo shows but also along with DJs such as Honey Dijon, Parcels or Myd from Ed Banger.

This EP will make his album music more accessible for dancefloors. Amazing remixes...

Turbojazz's label Last Forever Records welcomes another Italian talent in its roaster of excellent producers: BRINE - Hails from Bologna but raised as a DJ between London and Miami via San Francisco and Japan, Marco is among the most interesting figures on the scene between deep house and broken beat.

This is demonstrated by this EP too, after releases for labels such as Flat White (UK) and Close To Truth (US) to name a few, where he broadly covers the spectrum ranging from the funky and wonky house of the EP track "The Way I Do It" to nu disco with "Got Groove" and then moving on to more broken and deep atmospheres with "Push Up On Me" done together with the mysterious AL7! and ending with the visionary song "Chill [DAAAM!] featuring Los Angeles very own's mc VRGO. Enjoy it all!

Patapenka is a new disco-leaning alias from Minsk-based Uladzimir Patapenka, who has previously worked as LIPSKI. With 15 years music making experience under his belt including work as an Ableton Live instructor, he sure does know his way around a tune. He worked on these pieces over several months with vocalists, trumpeters and a cellist and as such they are layered tracks that work both in the club or at home. 'Children' is a warm and sunny one that transports you to a balmy Mediterranean coast line. 'First Dance With You' brings more jazzy vibes with Afro vocals and beautifully lush grooves while Latin feels dominate the slower sounds of 'La Playa'. 'What About This' is a blissed out and stirring instrumental with swooning strings and 'Canvas, Oil' shuts down with Rhodes laced funk. A sublime EP.
