Dan Parkin is a Derbyshire born singer songwriter with a long history of success with local bands. 
After relocating to the South of England in 2011 Dans success continued with bands Karma Collective and The Albino Peaches who secured a prime time slot with their song Memphis on Greg Vandy’s evening show on KEXP in the U.S.A
Eventually succumbing to the throws of adult life and parenthood and left the musical world behind before returning home to Derbyshire in 2018. 
This time around Dan Parkin his backed by his band The Soft Machine formed with local musicians Jordan Baines & Liam Bater.
Playing songs written from previous bands and a plethora of newly life inspired tracks Dan Parkin and The Soft Machines are making a comeback continuing to build momentum in their local and surrounding area of Derbyshire.

I'm a singer songwriter going by the name Ed Lee! I've been writing for about 17 years and this is a small selection of some of the tunes I've written over the years.
I play live regularly in central Scotland, though I'm always looking to play anywhere I'm wanted. I think music is always best enjoyed and appreciated in a live environment.
I've got so many influences I wouldn't even know where to begin, I'll instead just say that all music is inspirational.
I enjoy listening to other unsigned acts to hear all the beautiful songs you don't hear on mainstream forums/radio & tv, and that maybe should be given a bit more attention!
You have my appreciation if you've listened to any or all of my tunes and I welcome any feedback, good :-) or bad :-(!!
