Lacuna, a brand-new imprint by Dublin-based DJ Cachai has just launched. The label aims to map out prescient club sounds from artists around the globe. For their first release, Chile's Ripio and London's DJ Double Oh! are up with a split EP showcasing four exhilarating tracks of hybridised latinx bass sounds from across both sides of the Atlantic.

In 'Arranca', DJ Double Oh! is riding a patient tribal groove with a glorious momentum that’ll have dancefloors sweating with warm-adled glee.

Some Guest is a Warsaw-based DJ, producer, and resident of Jasna 1 club, Narocz13 collective, as well as a co-founder of the Zejście label. 

His musical journey began in Poland’s capital, and his distinctive sound now echoes across whole world. His DJ sets explore a wide array of sonic landscapes, seamlessly blending bass, techno, Latin techno, dubstep, high-energy breaks, and UKG. Notably, his music has been featured in sets at HÖR, Keep Hush, and Boiler Room, among others. As a producer, he creates a world of rhythmic intensity and unexpected sonic surprises by fusing multiple genres.

“I’ve always made music geared towards use in my DJ sets, but there’s always been an urge to explore the deeper side of electronic music," he says. “I really wanted to challenge and, I guess, prove myself in other spheres, to take my music to a new place."
